India is ending like another SA where we won’t able to sell anything despite of having approval and our targeted market..
I must say very appalling from CEO with sales experience.

Traditionally most diagnostics firms make recurring income through distribution agreements and selling to private labs. But covid provided rare and once in a lifetime opportunity to sell direct to gov where Budd completely failed to capitalise. IMHO we missed the the boat to land any big sales and I’m not expecting any huge numbers in next 3 months.

But at least he secured the long term future of company by establishing some very good distribution agreements.

We cannot afford any further delay in POC.
EU deal needs to be finalised DB can’t drag this any further.
Last thing some sales to be announced.

We are already on low sentiment and market doesn’t believe us. If none of the above happens, market would punish SP really badly.

IMHO - gdr is still a high risk until sales/revenue are materialised. It can go in any direction.

We have got good products and made some very good partnerships and distribution agreements. If any one of this spins out any revenue in near term we would easily rerate to a £1 and more.

At the same time we would be soon running out cash if no sales and may need to do fund raise through loan or equity. Which could be seen a negative by market and I’m afraid to say this can push SP low than our January lows.

At the moment no buyers to lift SP up

Why so much sell off and no buyers at this cheap price?
Is someone aware of something nasty coming

IMHO - Any further delay to POC beyond June is a disaster..
We can’t sell with out FDA, people who think BC doing some sales in background would be in for shock soon when results gets announced.

With FDA EUA delayed and there are more players in the market and no shortage of pcr tests US.
and more are launching every day.
I don’t see how fda eua going to change our fortune overnight.

You can’t hide reality, it is what it is.
Investors are disappointed with company, they are showing their anger on all platforms.

DB needs to deliver on his promises, it can only get worse if he maintains radio silence with no update

We would only hear something when DB wants II’s to bail out.. or when there would be placing.. in order to bump the price up for their own profit!!

I’m loosing patience and seriously thinking of reducing my stake here.. looks like it would be tough time if no sales materialise by end of June

gone by since we received Indian approval.
Still no news of any sales while India are battling with deadly second wave..
can’t blame regulators any more, we have approvals in our targeted countries SA/India.

As per RNS - They had some technical issue, they did find an alternate approach to solve the problem and confident of release in Q2.

It is about time DB release some sales news and product update to justify his bonus

Preefty- yes they could sell provided if they had FDA EUA. But it took longer than expected.
Even DB clearly mentioned that we are hampered by lack of approval

I’m not pinning too many hopes on current FDA EUA application , bcos the priority has changed for FDA.
IMHO - We may need to re-submit through Beckman again for an approval. God knows how long this would take.

Even the other sales like EU I doubt if that still exists.

AIHL and US DOD - it would take some time for sales to materialise. could be end of the year or may even can get pushed to next year.. No doubt we that we would sell as our products are unique and made in collaboration with respective parties.

IMHO - the only news that could lift the SP in short term is POC.

the support is there at this price for now but it won’t last long with out news.. after that we need news and updates on products.. radio silence won’t help

I suspect DIVOC are not our distributor anymore, their new website does list genedrive kit anymore.
Even genedrive website doesn't list a distributor for India.

I know one thing our product is an expensive one for Indian, it is a consumer driven market in india and very hard sell a premium product.
On top indian gov has capped prices, Labs wont make much profits with our test.

In the market there are both overvalued and undervalued stock, it has its own reasons. Ultimately your belief and conviction makes you to buy.
Never seen anything going as per my plan otherwise i would be a millionaire by now. lol

Some time things longer than expected and your patience gets tested.

Genedrive has 4 commericalised products with distributors signed up.
1. BioPlex Pathogen Detection - A unique product developed in colloboration with US DOD, 5 years of hard work and research. Distribution agreement signed up with Mountain Horse.
2.HCV ID Kit - Simple and cost effective molecular solution for HCV testing, WHO Pre qualification. Again years of hard work and research to get the product into commercial stage.
3. AIHL also called as MT-RNR1 ID Kit - A unique and one of its kind POC device to identify AIHL. Teste and trialed with NHS and tender awarded recently by PHE.
4. 96 SARS-CoV-2 Kit - A novel freeze dried bead based PCR test for SARS-CoV-2, gold standard with hig accuracy with evaluations from labs and regulatory bodies.

And further more products in development pipeline:

1. MTB/RIF - A low-cost, low complexity molecular Tuberculosis (mTB) diagnostic system for use in decentralised settings is in development.
2. POC SARS-CoV-2 ID Kit - Rapid, Portable, point of care test for decentralised SARS-CoV-2 testing.

Company with such good portfolio of products is value at 45m is unbeleivable. In diagnostic sector some research companies with zero commericial products are worth 2 or 3 times more than us.
IMHO - This is seriously undervalue and cheap. Over the time this would rerate massively or could be a easy target for take over.

This is not a RAMP, just stating the facts about the company.

No sales yet after Indian approval.. looks like this would be like all other approvals which would yield no sales.. not surprised

Nice I never knew this.. The company never confirmed nor DB ever mentioned that they would manufacture in US..
you think they are secretly making and selling in US.. you need this kind of thought to hold GDR at the moment.. lol

Every thought same during last presentation that we would hear some hidden sales news.. but it was clear that we haven’t sold anything other than the initial shipment to BC..

Secondly any device or tests imported has to be in public domain, I checked it this morning. genedrive has not exported anything to US after the initial shipment in March
