I don’t think we have reached bottom yet. There could be further downside, But it all depends on our trading update which is way over due.
just look at all previous RNS/interviews from Budd and you can easily make it out.

Looks like Covid bubble is breaking, believe it or not until we post revenue/sales we would keep dropping.
I still feel there is huge potential here, but I would wait till I here some confirmed sales to top up

Genedrive has some really good products and on top the pandemic has provided a perfect opportunity for DB to clear debt and make company in a profitable one.
The one thing I didn’t like about company strategy was to develop a PCR test first rather than a POC. IMHO - DB must have seen some market drivers for pcr test but failed to realise the hurdles and market competition. Anyways it’s never too late, at least he is now focussed to deliver POC now..

As stated in last rns:

We are not far off from POC launching now..

As I said before in short term you may see further drop, but GDR has amazing products and would start generating revenue and surprise everyone soon.
I wouldn’t try to sell now and buy low, just hold or buy more at these crazy levels..

Anybody can make a guess, they have their own reasons and motives behind it.
This would certainly a life changing for some.
Short there could be bit more downside but when revenue start flowing in from various products sp would be many multiples of what it is today..
US DOD revenue is expected for March 2022
AIHL may start generating revenue InQ1 2022
HCV sales could start generating revenue by end of this year
POC is a game changer for GDR and DB has one last chance to prove himself.
IMHO gdr is going to be the stock of 2022

we have spent so much money and time in developing Covid PCR assay by delaying POC twice and putting other developments on back burner. If BC have not sold enough that would be seen as big failure, in short term SP could take further dent.

Agree, the company has lined up other products which could rescue us next year when revenue starts coming.

With so much news due across mutiple fronts COVID, HCV, US DOD, AIHL and POC
The best case is you eitther multibag and see bull run upto £2 soon
Or drop further in short term but can steady climb upto 80p in 12 months time as sales unfold.
Every stock come with a risk, this is the best time to get in and hold a big position.

@jay - Good conviction buy, There is nothing wrong in going all in if you strongly beleive in the company, i know some may not agree with me.
Zero debt and products at commercial stages with disctribution agreements signed. GDR are very well placed to go break the recent highs. imho Cash position is not a problem and can be easily managed if required trough debt finance, they wont do equity raise.

There is huge demand for our test because it a bead based and doesn’t require reagents. It is a one step ready to go by adding your extracted RNA into well. we are a validated test and allowed to distribute in US to CLIA certified labs at the moment. IMHO - BC are selling our test and soon we would know the sales.

The half yearly report issued on 25th March states:

"We are currently importing into the USA while our FDA EUA has been applied for, which is permitted under FDA regulations. Lack of EUA reduces the potential customer base but we have proceeded on this basis with the full support of Beckman"

IMHO - Lack of FDA EUA is hurting us but Beckman Coulter knew this before signing and has given full support to sell our product. so sales would follow soon.

IMHO - All the above are well overdue from company, i suspect that the DB is deliberately delaying the news or there is absolutely nothing to annouce. In short term any one of them can make SP fly or kill it further.
I'm not excpecting any update or revenue from HCV or US DOD or AIHL until Q1 2022.
FDA - this is taking forever, DB must have received some communication from FDA for delays.
WHO - As we all know last month WHO requested further info, DB is clearly know where we are with our application.
Approvals for our PCR test would be slow, becuase at the moment covid sector is looking more towards vaccines, treatments and fast and accuarate LFTs and POC test kits.

No doubt we have some amazing and unique products with great features, but that alone is not enough to be a target for buyout. Beckman has expertise and can easily manufacture those assays and the difference they haven’t evinced interest into it for reasons best known to them
So key is FDA/WHO for covid assay, and for other products they have to be proven to be having significant demand and are profitable.

My Calculation was very conservative one.. If you take close look at the documentation again for FPU

it mentions batch size as number of kit pouches (10 plates)unlike other two it clearly states plates. So It could have been even bigger order than i previosly thought:
(800 x 24000) + (1515 x 2400) = $22.836

I think Beckman Coulter would make a big order from us on credit, later when they sell up they would notify GDR with sales and left over stock and some sort of agreement to return expired stock. May also place a new order too..
Every medical kit import into US has needs to marked with registration number of manufacturer and is available on public domain. PI's would know first even before an RNS is released like last time.

This is not a ramp, just my thniking based on freely available documentation.
