What did we achieve since CE marking of our gold standard pcr test. Market would not believe us until we start generating revenue.

IMHO - take over talk is BS, our product has not received FDA/WHO approvals yet. BC tried hard to sell without FDA and looks like they are limited.
Why would BC buy us?

You get voting rights and can vote during AGM, If you feel DB is not doing job properly then vote him down which is what I’m going to do.
I said this many a times, the company has very good products but it needs a good leader to make it a profitable one.

There was no trading update since the March 25. PI's want to know is:
How many BC have sold out of lot?
Whether any further shipments were sent?

best scenarios:
1.First shipment fully sold out and further shipments shipped and generated a revenue of £5m to £10m.
2. Sold some of it and generate a revenue of £2m to £3m
3. Sold nothing or waster whole stock as expiry date is soon.

What is true value of GDR? if you think this is undervalued then buy and hold the true value would be realised soon.
Look at the EV sector PE ratios or even just compare Danaher PE ratio. It depends on many factors like research, products and sector and not always revenue and profit.
Understand the research the genedrive has done so far and uniqueness of products and market competition. Needs more time and would eventually start generating revevnue and become profitable.
IMHO - risk vs reward is good here, My take on this is long term 4 to 5 years. I hope we don't get take over in mean time.

Yes, i was only talking about UK, EU and US. where we are currently actively pursuing sales.
yes you may be right for countries like India and SA it may take a while to get majority vaccinated. There are plenty of cheap pcr tests available so why would anyone spend more to buy our tests? DB himself admitted we are too expensive for India.

It is a very high risk and so is the reward.

Covid is very much manageable with most population now double jabbed.
IMHO - the testing market is saturated and there are plenty of manufacturers available to produce for the need. So is the reason why the WHO and FDA have slowed the process. I dont think we would ever see FDA or WHO.
And when it comes to other revenue streams, neither DB nor the hosue broker has ever provided any future revenue guidance . It is pure speculation from PI's that is driving this share up and down.

CE mark news for POC over the weekend is another desperate attempt by some to offload.. looks like it didn’t work.
CE mark doesn’t guarantee any sales and so I think the Investors doesn’t care, they only want sales news until the this won’t move up.
Secondly COvid sales would be very hard to come as market is saturated with loads of tests.

There is still some belief in investors and I hope DB won’t disappoint them..

When things go really bad and SP is down 50% to 70%, often investors average down and convert to long.

Yes - we see significant demand for a fast molecular POC.

What the priority countries and can you explain how and why Genedrive's technology will be adopted before other rapid poc solutions that are becoming available now?

We are engaged with the relevant NHS contacts on our POC test. We are focused on specific features of speed, costs, biosafety, and gene targets. Its generally recognised that the covid marketplace is very large, and the idea that a single or even several company solution will dominate is in our belief incorrect.

It is not the intention to raise further funds and the directors will do all they can to avoid doing this.
However the presentation and the interims clearly outline the burn rate of the business and the current cash position. It is clear from these numbers that if sales are not forthcoming in the next few months then the Company will need additional cash to continue as a going concern and one likely source of that cash would be an equity fund raise.

IMHO - I believe we made some sales otherwise we would have known by now
