In part because the virus has removed a lot of the competition. Boo were already leaders online before the virus, now that online is the only option they are leagues ahed of the competition. I get that you don't believe that young people are still buying clothes, but they are. Im in my 20s and live with others in their 20s, deliveries (of all kinds) have gone up massively during lockdown.

My understanding is that GFRD have been accepted as one of a number of "approved contractors" to bid on the 11 jobs within the 20B framework. They haven't actually secured any of the 20B yet.

No you wont be offered any, you have bought shares in the remainder of the GFRD business.

I was more thinking about the following one? Aren't the new shares issued to GFRD holders excluded from the next 2 Bovis Divis?

If I weer to sell the new Bovis shares and re-buy them immediately, would I then be eligible for the dividends without having to wait a year? Am I missing something here? Obviously trading costs would apply.

Boo at £30 a share would have a Mcap of roughly £35 Billion, It's a great company but thats a little ambitious!!

Placing / Sale already complete and snapped up quickly at 285. Shouldn't drop too far below that. Although a few of us will remember the 220 placing before dropping far below.

Seams to be going back and fourth (manipulated) between 2300ish and 2750ish. Can see this going back to those levels over the next 2 weeks before the update on the 16th. All speculation obviously.

Not necessarily cost plus as that would leave GFRD with effectively zero risk. The risk should be spread more evenly than the fixed price contracts that went wrong in the past though if were assuming they wouldn't take on any more.

As Boo results days go, this is pretty good! Be great if we end up flat for the day.

The Board has a history of doing this, I would imagine we get another upgrade before the final set of results next year.
