The market seams to like the boat news! I wonder if we will start getting more frequent updates similar to this with Panmure Liberum on board. Not just strictly necessary RNS's but little bits of good operational news.

I would expect Vistry to be far less impacted by the SC ruling than the direct to market housebuilders. The entire model is to (pre) sell to housing associations / the government so the impact of lending costs isn't make or brake here.

Not so sure that moving to the main market is in the immediate future, certainly on the cards when La India is up and running though. My guess is that the appointment is to help with raising the company profile and build relationships with institutional investors.

I just did the same, not for as many shares as you though! The rise was just too quick and gathered too much outside attention. GradeController made a comment about a month about the risk of it rising too quickly and causing profit taking and that’s what I think has happened. I don’t really care where the price will be next week or next month, I'm confident it will be a lot higher than it is now in 24 months time when La India is online.

As far as I'm aware there hasn't been an official announcement or anything released since DB's last interview. It's as good as done though and priced in so doesn't make a difference either way. I don’t imagine they will bother with a formal RNS for it, I don’t believe one is formally required and we will likely get a one liner in the Q2 update in a few days time.

It’s a steadying the ship and a return to competence kind of announcement. Yes down on last year but a return to hitting expectations and at a huge discount to last year. I still think this is way oversold and we will see a steady rise from here.

My 2pence on the div strategy is that the likes of Drachs, Candy & even DB himself will want some liquidity out of the company at some point and without having to sell off shares. If all goes to plan then there will be buckets of cash to reinvest into the company as well as pay out in the form of dividends. It’s not an either or situation, the cash will be piling up quicker than they can invest it into expansion.

The Mcap now has us quite a bit bigger than some FTSE 250 companies. Could a promotion to the main market be on the cards? Would cause a lot of institutional buying and further cement credibility and visibility.
