Will be end of February as the administrators have to update us every 6 months minimum .I am still hopeful that the shareholders will recover something and unicitral will be shown to be the disgrace that it is in my opinion. They know the procedures where wrong and they should sort this out so that they do not become a laughing stock.

20p with current share issue would be a take over price off £513 million excluding costs. Chump change to GSK, Roche, Pfizer, Novartis - take your pick as to who would want this Drug. I would be against a big consolidation as I have seen it plenty of times in other businesses at that level of dilution and it just takes the share price eventually to a lower level in real terms over time. This needs to build from the level it is as it then has the scope to multi bag. I know it shouldn't effect it but in my opinion it has less chance to multibag if it is consolidated and I am aware that the market cap remains the same so in essence it should not make a difference but from experience I believe as a consolidated share it is less likely to multi bag as much. Well if it happened with you at AVO then you should know better than the rest of us how it works. Released on the 12th of August They are pursuing the case but not the entire parts only certain parts and BDO cannot give further details. If a larger award or overturn is successful then their may be money to disperse amongst the shareholders. I am off the firm belief that an appeal will be lodged as a few commercial litigators have said that they cannot believe that an appeal will not be placed through the French courts as they reckon that it does not ring true and they believe certain conflict of interests going on. Very hopeful Unicitral must realise that this has been a flawed process and concluding decision . They risk their entire credibility and they know it in my opinion.

Last time I looked woodford owned 24% of Vernalis shares and they have the royalty payments and milestone payments. But not sure if there patent or agreement ends after specific date?? Seem to dodge the question when raised at previous agm if I remember rightly.

I would not be surprised if appeal was not being seriously considered. I have had a few friends peruse the case of oxus who are versed in corporate legal disputes and they say that the verdict was a whitewash and the fact that it was released when it was shows that the unicitral as good as know it also. Big ramifications for unicitral on this one and they could well lose the appeal on the validity of the verdict. They will lose all credibility in my opinion. If oxus win the appeal which they have an excellent chance of doing as the corruption will not get to the French courts as easily and they have their reputation to maintain. What happens after that I am not sure. But I am sure that the administrators have to do what is in the best interest of getting the greatest return and I therefore believe that in time an appeal will be made to the French courts. To many people that I have spoken with believe that it will happen and they are all better qualified than myself in suggesting this would be the course of action.
