Blame the international arbitration panel taken them how long to figure this out. Corrupt as ever in the lawyers world and tell me people are not bought or threatened. Suffering in excess of a 10K loss on here but could have been worst. All investors losses are down to them selves and I would not blame anybody as this could have gone one of two ways and the time would have indicated at least a 200million award. It is brutal yet I blame only myself and if I had made a mint then I would have only myself to congratulate. Luckily my loss was in a sip and I am still 20k up on where I was 8 months ago. We are still all alive and we may have lost the battle but we have yet to lose the war unless you were potentially all in and we all live to invest for another day, a bit wiser, a little more cynical of justice prevailing and hopefully learning from the experience. I have a friend that just buried his Dad and I know he would have happily lost 10k if it meant his Dad lived. So let us hope that 1p to 1.5p can be salvaged for the shareholders. Here is to something on the horizon ,the positives is that anything from here will potentially be a positive as I have written this of. If they appeal through the French courts then I will hold my entire holding 500000 shares and not sell any as they would be confident in my opinion of some wrong doing in the case of the arbitrators or legal flaw. Good luck all and hope this helps anyone who is in deeper than they should have been.
