it is going to be great. Perhaps a stunning announcement is going to be made and the sp is going to go 4 fold or there will be some other cunning stunt that allows them to keep milking the cow that is VRP. Anyway I would travel 5 hours to meet up with Izstar and others as that is the least I can do for our long suffering. However I am delighted to say that will be my round trip. I shall arrive early morning and stay over that night. Still not sure what I need to gain entry.

How do you guys fancy a get together after the meeting. I am just checking that someone can look after my dog and then I will be looking to attend and stay over in London on the Wednesday evening. Would be great to meet up with some from the board and especially the LTH's we are united by a common bond of stupidity in believing what previous CEO's/MD's have said. Our chief medical officer is also based in greater New York but has been in our employ for 2 years and 3 months. We seem to have a strong USA influence....pattern forming perhaps. I believe that when we launch on Nasdaq the price will be higher than current price. Commercialisation and revenue within 3 years, this will be floated on Nasdaq as we have always been oversubscribed but I believe that a big pharma will do a partnership deal and take half of the company when it launches on Nasdaq. (easier to sell the partnership when on Nasdaq to their shareholders. Saw this happen once before very similar scenario but the names of the two companies involved escapes me. read about it a couple of years back and it was before that time when it had taken place. Investors will be fighting for this and we are always oversubscribed. I have a suspicion and have had for some time that a deal has been being worked on for some time on the prerequisite that the drug passes certain criteria and I am of the opinion now that KAB has gone that we are probably doing tests at the bequest of a large pharma and they have their own people analysing the results so KAB may have been surplus to current requirements going forward. If we decided to raise £140million (small change for large pharma). At say an enhanced sp of £2.82 (double current sp) Then the big pharma bigs up a half ownership of a very exciting R and D company. For just £140 million. or two thirds of the company at current share price. I think the former is very plausible with additional milestone payments being set along the way. It also becomes a way of getting around certain vernalis payments as they would have a half share of Verona Pharma. Only my opinion but I believe that when this hits Nasdaq that will be the lesser news of multiple rns at that moment in time. I still have the belief that draft letters of intent based on rpl554 on which the basis of an agreement will be formed have been in place for a couple of years and the trials and points of measure are being set by potential partner/s currently as these were often talked of in the past and I still believe that is the very reason why Claire Poll is still under our employment in the position of Corporate and legal advisor. Do not know her current re-numeration package but it was very tasty when member of the board. That is my thought and remember a half to two thirds ownership for £140 million will have many a large pharma looking at VRP with starry eyes bearing in mind the excellent phase two results already released and not to mention CF potential. Far from ostrich syndrome.........eyes wide open on this one. The cornerstone investors will have no say if the board decide to release any good news and remember they are like us they will not want further dilution. And no guarantee they will get anything from next placing as that may go to another pharma as part of a partnership deal so they get a percentage of company for a very small investment. Don't think for one minute that this is not an option because I believe it to be a very plausible one...........eyes very wide open!!

That was my point as stand alone it was better than subutamol. I have no problems with delays on Nasdaq as I would rather we had a higher sp from partnership or rns re good cf results so that we have less dilution on Nasdaq joining. I cannot believe that the BOD will join nasdaq with this under £2-£2.50. I would see that as hugely poor business decision as we could nearly halve the shares issued on nasdaq for raising almost the same some of money. I think they would be hard pushed to announce good news after joining Nasdaq as would not be in the interests of shareholders who the have certain obligations towards. All imho.

Are you telling me that rpl554 has only been trialled in combo on all trials to date and has had no trials done as stand alone yet because if you are then we have no hope. I have to say that I was not under that impression. I must be losing the plot in my old age.

If as is likely that this is going to be used in combo with another drug then I think it will cost the same if not more. So do not go holding your breath. Maybe a Corgi sports car in a box (mint condition) if we are lucky

Bloody hell now they earn their money. At least they are consistent. Happy to see the rise but this needs to really get moving or JAK and the Board will start to resemble their predecessors in my opinion. Even my patience is wearing thin. It is looking a little bit like the cash cow and it is currently being milked with little reward for the shareholders. Rant over.................for now.

Tiotropium has many side effects along with irregular heart beat and should not be used if looking for immediate relief etc etc etc. Why on earth are we using rpl554 as an add on to this drug. Surely this can only show detrimental results. Really confused as to why we continually are looking to use this as an add on therapy to other drugs when apparently it does what it needs to do on its own. Can any of the scientists explain this. Cannot say I am happy with this RNS but luckily I am not a scientist and I am hoping they are not wasting money on a trial that will be of little use unless partnership. To me it just makes for a drug price that is not competitive. I would like the opinions on those with pharma knowledge.

I like you have no idea how many documents need filing 5 or 25. Digger you are correct an example only which means nothing as with a partnership deal or royalty deal with milestones then we could and Should be offering less shares to get the money that we need.

72% of company held by ii's. Is that rising and how much do the BOD have as a percentage as I am sure it is around the 4%. The PI's position slowly being squeezed me thinks.
