I thought you had sold out.???Why lower tomorrow spot have you info or are you just trying to get in lower. I have to say I would not be surprised to see an rns which catches every one of guard which will bring good news. I agree with "sell on news" last post that any fund raising should only be done once the Share price has recovered with good news if done in any other way I will be raising the questions at the AGM. Expect JAK to have enough business savy not to dilute everyones share value.

Closing price on Monday 13th FEB. Should be £1.47 going on close of play friday with a straight multiplication of 50. I am going to say finish at a 20% premium so my sp figure is rounded up to £1.77. I also believe at some stage in the next two months we will get a tasty rns. Else lots of awkward questions will be raised at AGM.

I need £2.31 to break even. £7-£9 to see the significant shareholder value that we have been continually told. Great to have had you on board. I have said many times I am here till the end and only downsized ever so recently. I hate to say it but the example they gave for the price was merely that. They may yet surprise people with an announcement prior or just after re partnership. I am still at the poker table with Digger01 and Izastar waiting to see the last card. Still think my hand is a fair one.

Excellent news re nasdaq. Would have liked to see some positive news before consolidation as that may have seen us get 25.1 consolidation on a higher sp. That I find a small concern as I felt JAK not only being clinically astute was also more financially savy. That opinion will know be reviewed over the coming 6 months but still believe that JAK and the team have what it takes to get this to commercialisation. Just hoping we see significant shareholder value in the next 3 years.

blade boy very astute observation and maybe just one big pharma gets a share for a very small some of £108million. An absolute bargain if I don't say so myself. GSK, Novartis, Bayer all potential suitors IMHO. Agree with all posts and hindsight is a wonderful thing but I feel as good a scientists as the initial Mr PAge and Walker were they did not have the business acumen and subsequent suitable knowledge to carry out worthwhile initial trials. That obviously all changed under JAK. Still see a multi bagger 3-7 from here.

I would see it as a very poor business decision to float at current levels as it would pay the ceo and senior management with shares to get the price as high as possible say 10-19p with some good news on CF or partnership before we list on Nasdaq officially. Otherwise we will all take a bigger hit than necessary.

Curiosity . Did GWP go into a partnership prior or after Nasdaq listing in any shape or form. Or did they go it alone. Interesting if any comparable can be drawn at all. Also did they have any spike before the listing. In my book I have alaways though this to be seven to ten fold from current sp in the medium term and much more on commercialisation of the drug in its many platforms.

As I believe that this is what the current numbers on Verona Pharmas web site alludes to. GWP went approximately ten fold then to original price which is not far off the 19p that we were being quoted in certain articles as being the possible sp at a time when we stood at mid 2's. Onwards and upwards. Maybe it is no longer a case of one year Rodney but a case of one month Rodney. I may have to change the party from the dick turpin pub..........maybe go even more upmarket LOL.

But since then we had the big fund raising. 1% I am sure which means both the directors and management are showing at a little more than 50% of what we reckon it should be. Are you getting my drift for the potential Nasdaq fund rising and share capital issue.
