Brexit not effecting me ,nor many of my business buddies. Many have just looked outside the box and got even more exports to Further afield. One can either moan and groan or just get stuck in, in true british spirit and endeavour. thank god our fathers and grandfathers did not collapse and moan when the 1st and 2nd WW's happened. If the remainers put in half the effort into constructive thought as they do to whining then we would be flying even more. The EU does not want us to leave as we paid 15% into the kitty and they cannot take up the slack bearing in mind 28 countries in EU, 4% by all, no not at all. Blatantly obvious IMHO that he knows nothing of RPL554 and however seems obvious that he knows of drugs is highly probable and none that have been regulated correctly by the looks of things. He has been sent on to the board as merely a distraction. I get it. AIMHO. I presume he lives in a village but who covers for him when he is busy on the computer. Wooden chair have you a match.

How many ADS,s to one of our shares on aim as trying to get the ratio as at $13.49 is it 1/6. Slightly befuddled by it as trying to get an equivalent price so as to see what the comparison is to our one AIM £share. Anyone that can shed light much appreciated as trying to see what total shares will be in circulation?????

I believe this is good, however the money must be spent wisely and the trials meaningful so as to achieve a structured pathway to commercialisation which I do not know if they fully have as of yet. Nebulisers, then DPI and MDI, wish they were a bit more transparent as to who are developing them but not a pharma, a manufacturer. If they get it right the big boys will be kicking themselves. Verona need to develop an income stream as quick as is possible from what ever variation of this drug can be commercialised the quickest.

No bad news on any trials and I believe we will see a re rating but not for several months after Nasdaq and not much even then so I think it will be a very gradual climb with dips over the next 2-3 years and then commercialisation or nothing.

Sorry to say that the agm was very poorly attended by only 4 private investors. Very disappointing. I have spoken with three holders (you now who you are re my take on the agm and I did speak with the chairman and JAK afterwards to tell them what you asked me to pass on re the next global placing. They seemed surprised that our frustrations re the sp currently was as high as it is. But they are as frustrated with the current sp. Reading between the lines it appears that they can not currently promote the RPL554 whilst trying to get a Nasdaq listing. However it does appear that they would gain much better coverage of the company once we list on Nasdaq. They made it clear that they required an small device be it MDI or DPI if they were to make the most of the global market hence why they require proof of concept. I also told them that many shareholders that I speak to also feel that their incentive plan and bonuses do not seem to correlate with the lack of advancement that the sp seems to be making. Jak did not really comment when asked about the significant shareholder value comment. Other than the sp is lower than where they would expect it and it was further pointed out by the chairman that they have done all they said that they would. I also questioned how poor our media company appears in getting us coverage but hopefully they will start to earn their money. I asked if the offers that had been made for partnerships could be any worse than the potential dilution from the up coming global offering and they indicated that the global offering would be much better than anything so far. That would indicate that the big Pharmas are holding back until further data is produced from the two phase two trials, a and b. They seem very positive on the product and I have to say that I will for the foreseeable short to medium term hold. If I had to rate the stock I would rate it a hold or speculative buy. Anyway lastly all I can say is that they seem very committed and very confident in the product. Unfortunately our wait I feel for a very very very big rise would be years away. The important point is that they have protection into the mid 2030's and beyond and they are continuing to patent areas of the product so that it is protected decades ahead. The best news that I heard was that it was very commercially viable from a price point. The board I hope will reflect on the fact that we have been very loyal and actually purchase our shares and get no freebies and that Many would like to see the options set at high figures to reflect the faith that they have in the product. The Chairman seemed very happy to put all that he can into buying the share. The point was made by another investor that many of the other directors have not purchased however it as pointed out that they may be prevented from doing so by other positions they hold and the terms they are contracted to. It must be further pointed out that the first point made by the chairman on opening the ....

..... meeting was to thank the shareholders for their continued support. I think they may realise from the couple of investors that stopped after to chat that it is not to be taken as a given that it will always be the case that they have our continued support and that as shareholders we require them to have our best interests at heart, to adjust their incentives in proportion to the performance of the sp........and lastly to ensure that when JAK does produce the "significant shareholder value" that it is so that we can enjoy it and not will it to our Grandchildren. To the Chairman and JAK. Remember my face because if I do not get to enjoy a few cruises I will come back and haunt you ;- ) both. I still believe just make sure as investors you all have at least ten years so that you get at least 8 years to enjoy it. Plus the massive dividends JAK as we can all share them very nicely.

I have to say that if I was a ii who paid the same as the us investors/global offering I would be pretty ****ed as that means that after all the months that have passed since the last fund raising the company is worth no more and the ipo is worth no more and the market sees the company as no further forward. In fact Thelix the only thing that moves forward is the incentive awards that the BOD keep giving themselves and all around them for lets be honest doing not a lot that is showing any tangible benefit. I think they should be bought to account by ii,s and private investors and the new incentive scheme should not be approved at the AGM tomorrow.

Read the iii vrp board and peruse through links posted in the last 6 posts you will see it. I have to seek clarification from vrp as to if correct because it looks like 6 million shares being put aside for new incentives and god only knows how they are tweaking the old incentive planss to their advantage.

Do we wait for fundraising then release good results which means we dilute at a higher sp. Or do we go to Nasdaq and then release good results in the hope that because we are on Nasdaq the sp rises higher( thus justifying the higher dilution) than when solely being on the manipulated aim. This is a major stage in Verona Pharma becoming a commercial outfit and they need to get this spot on.

No worries. I have to say that I would expect to see the sp at a premium. If it is as good as they say then they should be looking at say a 5% premium to price or more. We are giving ii's the opportunity to get in at the ground floor and that should carry a premium. It has been done before but very rare. But we have the goose that supposedly can lay the golden eggs. Lets hope that Jak and co do not sell us short. I would rather have seen another pharma company take a partnership in Verona Pharma as cannot see it being as dilutive as the current prospect. Come on Jak and co think outside the box for a change. Time some people started to earn their money I'm afraid instead of taking easy conventional options.
