I disagree. I think the wording around future tenders/contracts, as well as the reference to the other jurisdictions, is a fairly good indication that there will be no further agreement with DHSC, meaning that third party sales (where we know there are pre-orders) will be able to proceed.

I'm not surprised. We do not routinely do antibody tests pre/post vaccination for the majority of vaccinations undertaken. The testing that was undertaken as part of the clinical trials was using a different testing method. It's only once the vaccine starts being used in the real world that accompanying testing can be trialled and data compiled.
