We might get confirmation of completion of TT of the antigen test before then, which could give a boost in the interim.

I'm contemplating buying another tranche if the price drops any lower on this morning's cycle...

I am well aware of how things are unfolding in mainland Europe - having both colleagues, friends and family in various parts thereof (including both the Netherlands and France).

I wasn't necessarily thinking about European countries, when considering how well other countries have done (the fact you honed in on Europe and your use of the term 'propaganda' does speak volumes though).

There are quite a few countries with fewer resources that are doing better. However, the currently dominant attitude of British exceptionalism that is rampant in government and the media means that we're not taking the opportunity to learn from those countries and share best practice.

My NHS colleagues - and my partner - are knackered after a year of dealing with Covid. They don't want claps or empty gestures. They want competent, responsible leadership from government - and for all the public to play their part. Once Covid is over, we can then start to have the conversations around long term investment in infrastructure, staff and skills.

The NHS is not without criticism in all this but it is struggling to cope with unprecedented levels of demand. Long term underinvestment in both infrastructure and staff have played a part - but countries with fewer health resources have done better than the UK, so we can't say the UK's abysmal performance is down just (or primarily) to NHS resources and capacity.

This is more about an overall failure of government, the media and the population.

The government has:
- failed to act in a timely manner
- failed to follow the advice of the experts
- failed to close our borders
- failed to put in place proper restrictions
- failed to sack people in the government who broke the rules
- failed to maintain pandemic preparedness (including PPE stocks)
- failed to put in place a proper track, trace and isolate system
- used the pandemic as a chance to enrich themselves, their mates and their party donors
- filled care homes up with highly infectious patients
- kept schools open when they shouldn't
- built political showpieces that weren't fit for purpose

The media has platformed Covid sceptics and deniers far more than is required for any semblance of balance - it's all about ratings and clicks. This has fostered un helpful behaviours in significant parts of the population.

Large parts of the population have:
- ignored the restrictions
- taken this too lightly
- refused to follow basic hygiene rules (e.g. masks and 2m distancing)
- gathered together unnecessarily
- travelled unnecessarily
- been bloody selfish and not given a **** about other people

If we'd done better at the things listed above, as other countries have done, then we'd be a lot better off. And the NHS would be coping better.

Really? Some might say ruthlessly exploited by the government and media.

I have nothing against the old boy but I do hope the government and media avoid another 'Diana moment'.

It is not 're-listing' as it hasn't been 'delisted'. It remain listed but trading has been suspended. Application has been made for trading to resume.

If you're going to criticise Lovejoy, it might be helpful to read what he actually posted, rather than setting up straw men...

Those are directors' options. EMI options can include any member of staff. It's unlikely to be material as it will reflect the price when the options were issued and could include a discount on that price.

The options are part of an Enterprise Management Incentives scheme. There are limits (£250,000 in value per employee over three years) and there is also an asset cap of £30 million, but ODX is still quite a way off reaching that.

You're assuming that customers will link Visitect with Mologic. There's no real reason that they would. Most customers won't have an understanding of the link between the two brands.

My understanding is that the government's support for the GAD development was in part fulfilment of it's international obligations - but I wouldn't be surprised by a bit if quid pro quo. As I understand it, GAD's not necessarily just about producing for export to LMIs but about training people from LMIs to produce for themselves. Which they could do by producing tests for the UK...

But it's important to remember we won't be marketing it as the Mologic test - but the Visitect test. Any benefit by association from successful Mologic roll outs (e.g. if the test at Heathrow is Mologic) will be incidental.

We need to be careful not to latch on to every article and tweet as if it some sign from the norn... it just gives the deramping trolls ammunition.

I think it unlikely that they'll do so formally, although they may encourage co-operation informally.

Given the UK-RTC's experience of dealing with DHSC over the last year, I'm not sure there would be any appetite for signing up to another agreement with the government - particularly when Unshackling Day is so close.
