"Today's Rns states that
2. 3 pf2 staff at Bio City who had been in contact with the Lemu engineers had now tested positive for covid. Therefore, the Lemu engineers must have been at Bio City and returned back to Spain."
You seem to be making an assumption with little or no supporting evidence. The engineers were tested in the UK, in preparation for their return to Spain this week, and will be isolating in the UK.
"IF the commissioning was due for completion weekend of 29 January and all passengers had to have a negative covid test 72 hours BEFORE flying WHY then did the Lemu engineers not have their test until Friday 29 January?"
You what? If the work was due to be completed this weekend (i.e. they were working over the weekend to complete it) then it would make perfect sense for the test to be taken on Friday, as they'd be completing the work and leaving at the beginning of this week.
This board is frankly a cesspit of half arse conspiracy theories and plain stupidity. I think I'll come back in a couple of weeks, by which time hopefully the sane adults will have returned...
