You were the one suggesting that the opening of the NYSE would have an effect on this share's price - it won't, as this share is not traded on the NYSE and is therefore unaffected by its opening or closing.

I trade on a number of exchanges, including the NYSA. For stock listed on those exchanges I trade by their opening times - not by that of the LSE.

That's nonsense I'm afraid. EU CE marking for home use is limited under the MDR and MDD to a small number of medical devices. Home use in the EU requires separate approval by the relevant competent authority, just as it does in the UK.

As they are currently retailing it for home use, they must have MHRA approval for home use. Otherwise, they'd be acting unlawfully - and I can't see either of the firms involved doing that.
