What time the US markets open or close is entirely irrelevant.

Mologic is not traded and ODX is not listed on the US markets. ODX only has to make announcements via the LSE, where it is listed.

The FDA will not be making any announcement via the US markets. They will inform the relevant parties prior to US publication to enable them to make any regulatory announcements in line with the rules of the relevant exchange(s) they are listed on.

As and when we may get EU home use authorisation, the same thing will happen. The competent authority will notify in advance of publication in order to allow regulatory disclosures to be made.

Both the FDA and the EU CAs are well aware of what the various regulatory requirements are and you have to indicate, when making submissions for approval, whether you or an associated party are subject to regulated disclosures.

I'll repeat it again just so it gets through ... what time the US stock market opens or closes is irrelevant to companies who are not listed/dual listed on those US exchanges.

If you have particular access (e.g. use the London Stock Exchange system) you can see what the early prices are.

Things will bounce around a bit as the 10%ers inevitably sell into the rise but it's clear that the tide is turning for us long term investors...

Excalibur are rebadged Chinese tests. Everything Genetic Limited doesn't actually disclose which tests they use but, as it's not a manufacturer or listed in the approved tests list, then it'll have to be rebadged tests from another manufacturer (probably Chinese).

No. Sales into the NHS would be classed as professional use POC and this is already permitted due to the CE marking and the marketing authorisation from MHRA that occurred on 7 June 2021 (before the MMDA 2021 came into force).

I am not aware of any significant sales into the NHS or IS healthcare providers. Not sure what's happening with social care sales.

Very interesting indeed. The award relates to a joint venture between BBI and Aptamer Group, to develop a qualitative antibody test. This could be very positive for the Consortium, if it leads to their test being adapted and adopted.
