Well spotted.
Does 1 State means all states?
The market is the same for all but they maintained a margin of 17%. This is what S4 need to be concentrating on.
Can it break 40p!
Also divi is due tomorrow I think so ex dvi date was a couple of weeks ago.
Market starting to believe interest rates topped out?
This company should not be publicly listed. Levels of transparency are shocking. Look at today's RNS. No outlook, no forecasts, zippo.
BOD are complicit. The company SP has gone form 80pm to 10p in 30 months. and from 120 to 10p in less than 5 years and yet the same management team are in charge. You trying that with your employer or own business and see how far you get.
Punters only here betting on red or black. BOD and non controlling interests are the house winners.
Yep, definitely ducked
Maybe the same people who had the inside info to sell are doing the same in reverse...
Yep, somethings happening
Thinking about Viatris position in the future.
We know they are committed to spending $30m (let's assume the sales milestones are hit at some point). Today the market cap of STX in USD is c $60m, so for a theoretical $30m ( 60m - the 30m they have already booked) Viatris could pick up STX and have a global sales force monetise the asset very quickly. They could probably get their money back in 1-2 years.
Now obviously they need a willing seller at 30m which I'm sure they would not have but AOP is a seller at some pont. If I were Viatris and thinking about the Accrufer opportunity I would want to own it asap as the longer time goes on the higher the valuation based on the increasing RX numbers.
I think discussions between AOP and Viatris must be either happening or on the cards.
I'd love to know AOP's holding cost!
A statement of the obvious. You have no idea what's happening by simply looking at who is buying and what is reported in PDMR's. Who owns the bonds and collecting the interest payments? Who is either shorting or taking out CFD's hedging their long positions? Billionaires don't become billionaires without playing both sides of the trade. There are plenty of bankers ready to assist in making sure it's the long only side who pay the price. Look at the original IPO and laughably GS still are shilling it. I would say they should be ashamed but then again I'm talking about the shameless.
If you are in the swimming pool with sharks like then you had better be a fast swimmer.
A month or so old but v interesting.

WPP down 1.5% on a WPP profit warning. S4 down 6% on WPP profit warning. Jeez
Spot on. If they are in line with analyst consensus as they report then it infers revenue of only 26m in Q4. If my adding is correct they dd 46m in Q4 last year. Even if saes rev is down lettings should be compensating to a greater extent.
I think there is a great big under call here.
i agree completely their forecasting and accounting have been dire over the past 18 months. lots of schoolboy errors.
however if they are in line with last year they posted q3 on nov 14 and an announced the posting on oct 31. in this regard they are not late, yet.
i give them some break in the sense that given all the previous **** ups they are better to taker better take time be right than early and wrong.
Getting caned on the back of WPP's warning this morning.
Hopefully we just got there earlier and there is not more to come! Q3 last year was mid November so still couple of weeks to bite nails
Great piece.
There is no doubt FOXT is now undervalued. Got to be a bid target at these levels...
There were no Q3 numbers presented last year so I doubt they will. Plus they already know the RX result for the qtr so they could have done it already.
Lots of patience required or rather lots more patience required.
The debt number is dire...from my recollection it's around 100m worse than they anticipated last year. I could check by looking at their 2022, forward outlook but to be honest I cant be bothered. Best case here is they pull to some big stones that hand them a life raft for a year or so but given the degradation in the quality at Cullinan `I wouldn't be hopeful.
