All other assets could surely have been sold/moved/hidden in the seven years he's had since delist. I am purely mocking the ridiculous theory that he bought himself six more days "cos his house is already on the market" on the basis that marketing to sale to legals to completion probably can't happen in six days

But the "he's fleeing the country and just needed six more days to sell the house, swap contracts, arrange removals and get out" theory is utterly bananas.

Of course they aren't vagabondo, even as a "one man without a dog" outfit, I operate as a limited company. If that company fails the liability is limited to the company not my assets.

But hey, the numpties firmly believe that someone who hasn't yet sold his house and sealed his exit from the UK can do it all in six more days such is their idiotic belief that that is the agenda! Surely if this was his intention, he'd seek a little more wriggle room and pick a date say 2 months away rather than 6 days away.

That's not to say it's BS, it probably is but the conspiracy theory that it's so he can flee the UK simply doesn't stand a basic sniff test.

Would an extra six days for a house "on the market" be sufficient to find a buyer, get an offer, proceed with legals and exchange contracts on that property?
