Are you sure it's Cenkos that's undercooking, for example Fleet, the figures and not SEE itself?
I suppose it's human nature that you get an overreaction to balance past mistakes (50,000 connections etc) and so SEE give as low a figure as is possible and Cenkos carry that forward, even accentuating the overreaction hence the massive disparity in the figures.
In this instance I think SEE is having a problem with trusting itself but anyone with a basic understanding of accounting, or even basic mathematics, to notice the chasm in its figures.
I'm sure also concerns such as accumulating IIs are aware of this and once they have enough will quietly ask SEE (and Cenkos) to check its figures and correct if necessary.
Does anyone think Lombard has enough shares yet?
