The seller may have been under 3% to start with? So, unless, the shares were sold to another II and took it over a threshold there might not be the need for a TR1.

So ok you believe there is an element in the current SP over and above the placement price, 3p, that is due to an expected Toyota contract win whereas the market surely gives more weight to an additional A$133 million booked business even though one of those events hasn't even happened yet and is possibly 6-12 months aways?

I always thought the market was rational, obviously not!

Nothing is certain in life but SEE and Toyota do seem to have a lot in common vis a vis the patents. At present, it's not a question of money but whether it's ready. If it ain't, or doesn't do the job I don't believe there is much choice if, in Europe alone, as from 2022 you want 5 star.

So now the market has priced Toyota in but failed to price in all the extensions that have happened post placement. Just how big is your view of the expectations of the win for Toyota? Including what Nick said about OEM 3, the running total is A$80 million, not forgetting the increases on the others so since the placing booked OEM business has increased from A$110 million to A$243 million, an increase of $133 million. So, are you saying the market thinks it's more than $80 or £133 million?

I was wondering that, if it's all priced in what's the point, we might as well sell up, the only way is down once Suzuki goes with Mitsubishi Electric pre 2024.
