As of 06/11/2019, th Aviation deals were still very much on. No indications to the contrary (other than we continue to wait for it/them) and as Pat Nolan said he would have preferred Paul McPremature to have cleared it with him before he mentioned it /they were imminent in July.
However, until the first RNS is issued, you're right,there is no deal, yet.

So, you do not believe that an Aviation licencing deal will happen in the next two years? For one in excess of A$10 million is all it will take to get SEE through to profitability when auto revenues kick in. You really do like your long shots! That's a good point. SEE now get a larger amount upfront, also the agreement between SEE and distributors (70% of sales now by this route) contains a clause (unspecified) that once delivered the unit has to be installed in X time. So, dependent, on the time clause (and how fast SEE itself installs) any extrapolation from number of KMs could be 1,2.....months behind units sold, which SEE get paid for around the time of sale.

So, yes, Fleet could surprise to the upside.

No, I can't recall video recorders having safety regulation helping, or hindering, their cause and as Phil said, SEE has the best, maybe only, solution as far as safety goes. Even on price now, SEE may compete but again with the best product as long as it's on a chip!

As thought, you don't know Aussie Rules. Hostile or not, you now have two shareholders each of who could block any bid, hostile or not and after what is believed to have happened in the summer of 2018, you can bet it would have to be way North of the figures you've concocted. Of course, I don't expect a shorter /SEYE shareholder to know anything of this so that is fine.

But, as you now have some idea, please go and short (or if you're a SEYE shareholder, somewhere to cry) elsewhere.
