I think the Coach USA contract has to be taken into context. The contract was for 250 interstate coaches, those probably where daily mileage /hours was the most extreme, and therefore Coach USA felt the need for Guardian for especially fatigue events. As against the large majority of its vehicles which are school buses, which Coach USA did not, and maybe still doesn't, want Guardian. Yes, plenty of distractions but for a number of reasons, not an urgent requirement.

It would be great if SEE could get the school buses as well but for now, SEE has responded to client need and is fulfilling the contract for 250 interstate coaches.

Although saying that, they're a bit late, production was due to start this year.....

Smart Eye (apparently, although being Korea not much choice) won 14 DW's for a Korean (Hyundai) OEM on 01/02/2019, for vehicles destined for China and the like. Unlike the earlier European DW's, these stand a good chance of actually getting onto the road as the tech required does not require Hyundai to put a lot of engineering resources into trying to bring it up to the standard required by European OEM's (which turned out not to be as easy as the OEM's thought, hence missing models).

So, it's quite possible at the moment that both SEYE and SEE will be in models for the same OEM, although whether that would continue into the future is unknown.

I think there's some confusion here. Only (only?) last July were the imminent Aviation licencing deals mentioned. But previously in November /December 2018, the first two, small, Aviation deals were announced with RAAF and L3. I think those will have been the overdue Aviation deals Ken mentioned.

As for Aviation, it at the moment is almost of equal importance as Auto at the moment. That first licencing deal with money up front could take SEE to breakeven or even better a lot sooner. That, to the market, is very important.

Perhaps I should remind you of the example you gave of directors who have large shareholdings in the company's they manage.

Namely, one not that far from where you are sitting, comparatively wise anyway.

That one who is lauded by some but now appears to be losing that Teflon quality, along with a number of models, cars that is not the other variant. The man who promised his followers 60% of the market, for a while at least, the man who boasted they are the world leaders, but only in two camera DMS, the man who promised a retrofit Fleet solution but needed 200 million króna to do it, only for the Fleet product to go, for now at least, the way of the car models, as the money was needed to replace the missing models money. The man who promised Aviation domination when they can't do safety Auto DMS and Aviation is twice as hard. The man who practices his party trick, keeping up all those plates, whilst posting another self congratulatory piece on LinkedIn, this is the man you'd prefer to run SEE, who despite all its issues, does not deserve to be run by a man like that!

Perhaps, due to ETs age, a year seems like a long time so his frustration after just over a year is understandable.

However, with yourself, maybe not so. When the SP has been up, like it was in early January, you were quiet and had the opportunity to sell at around 5.5p but didn't as I presume FOMO kicked in, again.

Then, when there was no news, you again moan about the management, demanding action when you yourself show very little sign of ever taking the only positive action you can do, that's to sell. I remember before January, you said roughly speaking this share will never be above x and when it was, guess what, no action from you.

So, yes, maybe it would be good to witness some action from SEE, but maybe you should not be so dismissive of SEE when you fail miserably to take action yourself.

Take your pick from these reasons -

1. Some other company has won everything and also hasn't issued news.
2. Negotiations are still on going.
3. Negotiations have been completed but either /or the OEM or Tier 1 won't let SEE announce the news yet for whatever reason.

My money, quite literally, is on options 2 or 3.

In one of the interviews last week PM said SEE had recently received its first batch of Guardian units from the bulk order which may be enough to keep the installments going for sometime. Perhaps someone may have already asked the question? And, possibly due to the efforts of China and the warmer weather, it may have gone past peak point already.

Interesting that SEYE use the virus to explain away the poor results. The UN received its first report about it on 31/12/2019 so I doubt it had any effect last year. Now and going forward, probable but as someone said on Avanza, how? it's software.

Martin might have been better to told people when the 'delayed' models were due!

It reads to me as this is Hyundai's in house version and is a continuation of previous tech. If it was priced in yuan, and SEYE had announced it, I'd say it was one of the 14 model design win announced in 2918 but it's in dollars and SEYE, being SEYE, would probably have announced by now. Strange really that SEYE hasn't yet, first models were due to start production second half 2019!!

Didn't PM say 1798 Volantis would buy no more than 19.5%? After that, it wouldn't surprise me if it broached the subject of a seat on the board as it has done elsewhere once (I guess) it gets to a certain level.

And as Phil stated, the clock keeps on ticking and those decisions have to be made otherwise it will be delays that will hurt the OEM come 2022 and later.

Although we're all disappointed of the lack of news these last five months, it won't and can't go on. It also has to be remembered from a European perspective, that the new RNS will cover all the models from 2022 and onwards. And this will be reflected in the contract size, and mass market penetrative. I think the original Ford contract size, at least A$50 million, will by the end of the year, seem on the small side.
