Sooo - answers on a post card please. When will the rig arrive at Horse Hill? My personal guess is between 14th - 21st February. Then we can crack on and spud HH-2 WHILST AT THE SAME TIME, GENERATING REVENUE FROM EWT ON HH-1 Winner, winner chicken dinner :-) Cheers! Red

@DHC - love the enthusiasm :-) but, HH-2 will be a new well targeted to be drilled in Q2. HH-1z will be a side-track to be drilled after HH-2 is completed as a producer. Once they’re done we’ll really be on fire! Cheers! Red

I’m expecting an RNS soon for the Portland CPR . . . Outlining the reserves for that oil pool at Horse Hill. . . That would be a lovely gift for all LTH. Red

So, I think that we’ll see a TR-1 either on Wednesday or Thursday. Given that we’re seeing blocks of 10m shares changing hands at regular intervals plus the steady stream of 1m and even 2m trades then it seems pretty clear to me that at least one entity is accumulating in the background. 3% minimum holding for reporting under AIM rules so just over 160m shares being held will require a TR-1. . . Once we get that then I think we truly are off to the races ;-) It’s been a very good couple of days, let’s hope that the volume continues to flow towards the blue over the next weeks and months . . . @Cheryl - I haven’t posted much at all recently. But I’ve read your posts. So, I am intrigued. I’d love to know exactly how much UKOG stock you own. Seeing as this is an INVESTORS chat room and all that . . . anyhow, many thanks for your words of wisdom warning off investors, I’m sure that they’ll thank you in 2-5 years time when UKOG stock is worth many multiples of its current value. Oh, FWIW I’m sat on about 1 million shares, not a huge amount I’ll admit, but I’m going to add a lot more, counter to your deeply researched ‘advice’, over the coming months because contrary to your forebodings of doom, I consider UKOG to be the most de-risked play in AIM. Fully funded for the next 2 drills, demonstrable production from a test well, CPR around the corner to prove up reserves of approx 125m barrels. I could go in but I’m sure that you’ve stopped reading by now as you can’t deal with reality . . . Have a lovely day, I am. Cheers! Red

Current MCAP £17.5m Current debt to be restructured £650m per the announcement RNS states that “the deleveraging plan could result in material dilution for current Interserve shareholders.” In my view I think anyone holdering shares at the point of the restructuring being finalised will be left with <5% of share price value at best at that point. This sector is going to heck in a hand cart. So annoyed. Mostly at myself for having the belief that the company could recover without going back to debt holders again, I thought that we’d put that behind us. I hope I’m wrong but I fear that Interserve shareholders will be left with little to zero value bu start of Q1 2019. :-(

I’m sorry mrjango but I’m not ‘filling my boots’ nor am I ‘de-ramping’ Interserve. I’m expressing my disappointment and annoyance at the current situation. I’ve lost almost 80% of my original investment. The RNS makes it very clear where this is going.

Honestly, I’m so disappointed in this. But I’ve gone for a ‘blue chip’ FTSE100 company with a long history and what I think a valid business model. Ethical. Not huge divis but hopefully will still be here in 30 years time. To everyone who has made paper or real losses on IRV you all have my sympathy. I have lost almost 80% of my investment here. If you’re still in, in my view, there will be nothing left for shareholders under the debt restructuring as currently proposed. I may be wrong and I hope that I am, but that is my honest opinion. Have dumped this dog this morning. Lost a lot, but have taken what’s left and invested in a dividend bearing share. In 25-30 years I may have recouped my losses. I’ll say again what a dog. This will be taken private. Existent shareholders will, I agree, be left with at best a handful full of pennies in the pound from any investment valuation on Friday at close of market. That’s on top of the horrendous fall in value over the past year. Shocking, just shocking. Capita next?

Is this the same pattern / cycle we see every time before the release of a pretty impressive update RNS from UKOG? Or is it just me that sees this here? No matter, I’ve made my investment in UKOG and happy to hold until such time as I’ve made a decent profit ;-) Red

In my uneducated opinion that means HH-1 is flowing and producing hydrocarbons - both gas and oil. I await the official confirmation RNS later today or tomorrow. . .

@Seathestars - I’m fairly sure that SOLO was selling their UKOG shares given the TR1s issued via RNS. Either that or the SOLO directors were sat in the board room variously eating / burning physical UKOG share certificates . . . Mind you, they’re soooo dumb I wouldn’t have put it past them ;-)

Personally I prefer someone who undersells and over delivers, as opposed to Mr Vonk . . . Mr Sanderson can be as circumspect in his commentary as he likes, provided he keeps delivering as he has done with HH-1 so far. I’d recommend that you contrast this EWT to BB-1, you could probably understand why Mr Sanderson is being a little more muted in his updates. Let the RNS do the talking. Cheers! Red
