@heyArnold - so given that when there was massive uncertainty over PFC (bottom dropped out of the oil price, all oil production companies killing their investment budgets, the SFO had just launched a wide ranging investigation into PFC bribery and corruption and board members were leaving in droves) I think the SP went as low as £3.50 ish from a previous high of £16.50 plus. SP is currently £4.65 and you think that the risk / reward is with the shorters? Hmmmmm . . . . OK . . . . you go with that. I’ll hold my PFC that I bought at £4.23 for a little while longer . . . Nothing MAKES me say it. It’s an interesting point that the actual bid offer spread was 1% when it was showing on II as almost 8% (which can act as a deterrent to buying a share). No matter now though as the SP has moved back up slightly. Probably MM tricksters tooling around. UKOG does seem to be one of their favourite playthings at the moment. . . Tum re tum . . . fingers drumming on desk . . . wonder where that Rig / CPR / TR-1 is . . . No matter. <<metaphorically closes the book>> I’ll look back in during April. @rich3648 - I do wonder why you keep coming on here to moan? Really you do need to do something to balance your life . . . try yoga or meditation, or just stop watching the SP and go for a walk, anything but keep on about how this share isn’t performing to your expectations - sheesh. Tell you what, why don’t you shut down your account on lse for 2-3 months and don’t look at the SP. As Brendan Behan said “There is no such thing as bad publicity except your own obituary.” ... Just think of all those people who weren’t aware of UKOG as an investment opportunity who have now been alerted to the potential. Well done to those who managed to influence the DM to correct their reportage. The mention of Fracking is toxic at the moment and removing that is helpful. I despair. Really I do. The MCAP of the company has increased by 127% during the past 2 years . . . All I am pointing out is that Malds depressingly morose whining about the state of the share price (which is akin to Marvin the Paranoid Android from Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy) is overblown and detracting from the fact that we are probably a month away from obtaining planning permission for 6 further wells, hopefully spudding HH-2 and at some point we’ll have a CPR which will enable us to recognise reserves as assets into the balance sheet. . . Currently the share price is not an accurate reflection of the true value of this company, in the same way as when it hit the heady heights of 11p per share that wasn’t a true reflection of the value of the company either. The more information and less uncertainty we have, the more accurate the share price / company valuation we will have. I’m with Heid in this one - ignore the share price for the next few months if you can (or if you’re fortunate enough to have spare funds lying about . . . ). Cheers! Red

Erm, nope mald. Not convoluted. Just correct. If you owned 10% of the company then and still held 10% of the company now then the value of your holding would have increased by 127%. But hey, you argue away . . . I also hear that the flat earth society is looking for new members, I’m sure that they’ll be happy to receive your application. Cheers! Red

@mald - the SP 2 years ago was 1.35p however the number of shares in issue was 2.51bn shares compared to now of being 5.714bn shares in issue so in my eyes that’s an increase in shareholder value of approximately 127%. I’ll take those numbers! Cheers! Red

rich3648 - 2 years from now I honestly hope to be patting myself on the back for having the foresight and tenacity to back UKOG long term to deliver on its strategy. . . . If not then I will have to re-evaluate my investment strategy including critically assessing my predisposition to confirmation bias. Fortunately opinions such as yours do serve to as a challenge to that on a daily basis. But then another tanker rolls out of HH gates carrying 220 barrels of oil to the refinery. . . Cheers! Red

rich3648 - I think that you’re demonstrating the difference between a trader and an investor. If you look and think long term then the current SP should be seen as an opportunity rather than a pain point. 3 years from now and people will look back and either pat themselves on the back or kick themselves up the backside. stuarto33 - yes it is currently only 200 ish barrels per day but the most recent RNS explains why this is . . . Once HH-2 is in line then it will ramp up quickly . . In comparison to where we were almost 3 years ago, I think that we’re actually quite close. . . Cheers! Red

@stuarto - thank you but I quite happy to wager that we’ll see £1 per share before we see 0.1p per share. Also I really do think that the days of sub 1p per share are long gone. The dips are now being bought into with gusto. With CPR, HH-2 spud and planning permissions for further wells being so close the near terms prospects for the positive outweighs the negative to a significant degree. IMO obviously. Cheers! Res

Zoom - I’m not quite sure why you’re STILL going on about selling HH . . . It’s been a beautiful day I hope that you’ve managed to enjoy the fine weather :-) I agree with most others on here. The best plan would be to get reserves booked onto the balance sheet and borrow against them to develop more license areas using the revenues from oil sales to repay the debt. As the field knowlwedge and understanding improves the asset values will increase as more reserves get booked onto the balance sheet. Look at what’s been happening in the North Sea. . . Everyone thought it was a dead duck in the mid 90s - and now still operatingnwithblittle if any sign of slowing down in the near future. I repeat - selling now would be a BAD idea. Also it won’t happen because Sanderson has said that he want to make UKOG the premier onshore producer. Cheers! Red

Zoom - I honestly think that it would be crazy to sell HH at the point of going into full commercial production. There is no need. UKOG can maximise the value of the Weald licenses it holds. Over the next 3-5 year UKOG will IMO become a FTSE250 company at the least. Cheers! Red
