To summarise - BOD don’t know what’s going on, fund don’t know what’s going on, our largest shareholder doesn’t know what’s going on, and I’m certain that nobody here knows what’s going on. Excellent, let’s see how this plays out over the next few days then. And I see a 600 million + sell. Somebody wants out, but hopefully someone wants in. This share has more twists than a corkscrew. I’m fully expecting our BOD to have bought shares today, let’s see if they back themselves or if they really are just here for the wages.

All that’ll happen if the current BID were voted off, is they’d take the contract with them & probably earn more for the privilege. ICON would then no longer exist, and shareholders would get nothing or very little. Much as I detest our BOD and what they’ve done, now is not the time to get rid.

Hurray! For the first time since getting tangled up in this sh*t show, the shares I purchased this morning are now in profit. Only another few hundred percent for the rest of my holdings to catch up. If ever a company needed a director buy, this is it.

Bloodninja - even closer to your 0p target today! I fully expect this to close blue today, but up until now I’ve been wronger than a wrong thing. I hope our BOD are ashamed, embarrassed and determined to put things right.

I just bought some more, in case anyone wants to accuse me of being a non holding deramper or part of the cohort. It’s a pity our BOD won’t show a bit of solidarity and do likewise.

So, those that suggested caution are now a cohort, or insiders working for the fund? What about those claiming this was going to fly on “the next RNS?” I know which one has been most dangerous. If ever there was a time for a BOD to buy shares, it’s NOW. Anyone think that this is all planned to get rid of ICON, then our two Tory tech wizards join Greencastle as “advisors”, saving the £100k monthly management fee, which is instead paid to LH and JQ? Too far fetched? I wouldn’t put anything past this lot. That would mean a nice pay rise for them, and a saving for their boss. Imagine how many soy lattes they could buy then.

They just admitted they still aren’t profitable, blamed WDC for the funding disaster (due diligence?), spat the dummy and threatened to resign, and the icing on the cake - telling us they already gave up a “substantial” part of their pay. It’s nice to see them squirm. Another fluffy and meaningless RNS, showing that this shower don’t even know who owns shares.

I’ve bought (and sold) at various times. I was in WDC first. No idea how long ago that was, but seems like decades. Maybe this can come good, so at the moment it’s red or black. I’m still hoping our BOD can finally pull something out of the hat. We deserve it.

Sorry, that wasn’t fair. You asked a simple question & I didn’t mean to reply that way. To answer the other question asked, I bought shares originally because of the interview where they said the floor was 0.4p, and that the legacy debt was sorted. I saw a very good potential opportunity. Unfortunately, all lies.

One more thing - if we have been painted into a corner, it’s not my fault. Think terrible due diligence to start with, terrible funding deals, association with DS (hasn’t gone away), fluffy RNS’s lacking meaningful detail and finally my old favourite wages.

I should add that I’ve given up on my investment, so I’d be delighted to lose every penny if it means these criminals are brought to justice. I doubt that will ever happen, so I’ll settle for a swift boot to the chuckies in lieu of jail time.

Yes, I am invested here. I couldn’t care less what you or anyone else thinks to be honest. Anyone that bases their investment decisions by looking at an anonymous and free BB, should not be surprised if it all goes belly up! I’m disgusted by our BOD, and hopefully they read these boards and can feel the frustration. Have you ever tried to contact this company? I have been completely blanked. They give no information of any substance, they haven’t invested one penny between them, and they won’t let their investors see them face to face (pre pandemic). The wages will always annoy me. I know some defend them and say that’s the going rate, but not when you don’t actually make any profit it isn’t. Let’s see how this plays out, and maybe one day I’ll get the chance to look them in the eye and tell them exactly what I think of them. Here’s hoping!

In the absence of our glorious leaders purchasing any shares, how about they tell us, their long suffering shareholders, what exactly is going on? I know it’s probably too early to find out about the court case, but how about they give us the following information that they do know - exactly how much debt is left? Exactly how much is the monthly income? Exactly how much are the running costs? Exactly at which level do the profits of 25% kick in, and what are they at currently? How is the current list of shareholders and their percentages made up?

I’m looking forward to the RNS for director purchasing shares, and a TR1 with details of who’s holding what and who’s been selling in big round chunks recently. Hopefully they won’t delay this information like last time.....

I believe this latest scamhas been contrived by all parties to maximise earnings for the fund, while the company can issue more shares and tell us “weren’t our fault gov, it was the court what made us do it” rinse and repeat

That’s the most beautiful thing about this share, just when you think it’s touched the bottom, something disastrous happens and the bottom drops like an 80 year old that’s lost 10 stone. The people that bought, believing it to be the bottom will promise riches beyond your wildest dreams. Rinse and repeat. Have our directors taken advantage of these bargain basement price yet?

The fund isn’t the only thing that’s sucked the life out of this company. You could argue that they saved it, when no other means were available. Try adding the BOD to the list of things that continue to suck the life out of this company. Not making a profit, yet still see fit to take £600k out in “wages”. Maybe some others should direct their fury at them?
