Very true. Especially those that are happy with the BOD and the share price performance.

I think people struggle to separate those investors that are unhappy with how this has gone, with those investors that accept everything, and keep saying “when news lands” etc. etc. It’s like listening to Del Boy on Only Fools “this time next year Rodders” anyway, as I’m apparently so influential here, I hereby declare the SP will be 1p soon.

If that comment was aimed at me, I would love to have the power to move a share by talking on a free BB. As it is, I’ve probably been invested for longer than most people here, but that won’t fit your agenda that people have to accept the rubbish that’s been delivered by the board thus far.

Iconic Labs have always had good potential. If they can be cash positive, and if they can add the contracts that people claim they will, then they should have a bright future. It’s not that long ago that people were claiming they were going bust! On the flip side, if they continue to draw down and dilute, then the slide will inevitably continue.

Oilnovice - what is your take on the directors pay? And what is your take on the due diligence on set up? I think the directors should have taken far lower wages, then been rewarded with bonuses if the SP (or market cap) rose. This way, they really would be in this with the shareholders. On due diligence, it would have been far cheaper and probably easier to list from scratch. Was there an ulterior motive do you think? Lots of people appear to have done well out of this, but not one shareholder has. Genuinely interested in your opinion, you do talk sense, and have a balanced view of both sides of the argument.

Who exactly is buying? The price is pretty stagnant, and you have another 30 odd billion to punt. I’d say your boss won’t be happy either, but I think you are a bit too simple to be paid to post. Where’s positiveenergy? Christmas holidays already?

None of the 4 maqsood7, but keep looking for a reason to prove that your right and I’m wrong. It is possible to be a holder, and be objective too. This company is not yet making a profit, yet the directors are taking out £600k per annum. Maybe you should direct your anger at them? (And I am aware they have deferred).

Why is it only the negative posters that people accuse of being paid or having an ulterior motive? Why not those that repeatedly claim the sky’s the limit, news imminent and the fund is out. Who’s been right? I’m a holder before anyone has a hissy fit, wish I’d listened earlier.

I think you’re right, but it’s not written very clearly. Not like the BOD to put out vague information. That’s a little joke, just in case anyone gets over excited.

If the part where they can issue another third of the shares in issue doesn’t concern you, then you have nothing to worry about. That’ll make nearly 50 billion in issue, must be a record?

All there in black & white - the authority to issue up to another one third of the current shares in issue. You can bet your bottom dollar they will do that as soon as possible after this has passed. I wouldn’t hold my breath for any apology reso, stating facts makes you a troll on this board. I still haven’t been given the chance to voice my anger face to face with the BOD, who’d have thought they’d hold the AGM on Hogmanay, and not even put it online!

A good buy signal would be the directors buying in. Very worrying that they haven’t, even at this bombed out price.

Share price looks pretty solid to me today, so hopefully this will provide the platform to build on leading up to the results. Anything extra before then will be a bonus.

The reason it’s not rising is 37 billion shares in issue, unknown debt, unknown running costs and mistrust of the BOD, who have done very little to help their shareholders. All imho of course.

I didn’t think the RNS was that difficult to understand. It’s more money per month, but the right to swap the debt for equity has been removed. This is not a good move for investors imho. We will get the original £1 million loan paid back, but I would imagine that even 10% of this new company would potentially dwarf that figure. Time will tell. At least nobody is claiming that they will go bust now.

The only indicator of Iconic turning the corner I need is to see the share price rise. I couldn’t care less about anything else. The only “excuse” I can see that means anything just now.
