Anyone else truly gutted that mohh didn’t get his 1p entry, and shedlight didn’t lose the lot, despite willing it to go down ALL WEEKEND?

It’s hard to say what happens from here. We, the shareholders and owners, demanded the company take action. This is what they have done, and should prevent any more underhanded selling. It looks like the only course of action that was open to them to make a statement to the entity who sold. I’m sure that this legal action was necessary, especially if other avenues failed to provide answers. Hopefully this will be a short term solution that will get the questions answered. I doubt anything else will happen until this investigation is completed. Possibly short term pain, but hopefully long term gain.

Probably best not to read this board tonight, as it’s likely that it will be overrun with all of those wealthy and successful traders telling how they “told you so” and “I might buy at a penny”. Best to wait for confirmation news before deciding what to do next. Good luck!

Remember on Monday when everyone and their dog were saying things like “going bust”, “40, 30, 20, 10...”, “too much debt” etc etc etc

They were not here to help anyone but themselves, which is what they always do. There’s some good debate on here, now some of them have disappeared like a fart in the wind.

My own opinion is that this should get to £1, maybe before the Christmas break. Hopefully that’ll be before the next news, which if good, could mean a kick on towards recent levels around £1.40. The rise has been orderly. Wait for more TR1’s saying that the institutions have been buying back - although the reporting of this doesn’t work in our favour - smoke and mirrors and all that.

Anyway, I still think this has great value from here. Good luck to all, I’ll be switching off and enjoying my works do tomorrow night.

Always amuses me when talking about director or management buying shares. Either they don’t buy, and are accused of not having their interests aligned with shareholders, or they do buy, and don’t pay enough for them. Sometimes they can’t win.

I don’t think they’ve been anywhere near any deadlines so far, so if they can get this done on time or before, would be good. It’s a sad day when hitting a self determined target, and on the launch of a website from a bunch of geeks, would be seen as a triumph. I hope it’s like the American wrestling and they will get up from the canvas and smash their way to greatness. Greatness = 0.25p!

News has to be soon. They said six weeks for the website, so I’d assume that will coincide with the official launch of ICON. There really will have to be rapid progress if this is going to succeed, before the next (and hopefully last) tranche of shares are officially released to the fund. Hopefully most of those will already have been forward sold, so there might not be too much damage, but who knows?

They have already said that they will not use this type of funding again, once this current round is completed. To be fair to the management, I don’t think they had any option but to accept. What they must do, is get some meaningful news released. They keep telling us how busy they’ve been, I’d like to see some proof. I know they are working for reduced remuneration at the moment, but I’d rather they were paid on performance. I started my own company and didn’t take a wage for 18 months, you can bet I worked my butt off to make it happen. This is crunch time now - announce the £1million contact and publish the share register please - to start with.

Is this finally the turning point? Or are we taking a break to consolidate and let the fund reload ready for the next wave of selling? It has to have been the fund forward selling that has put us here, maybe they have finished and maybe they see value in letting the news flow start. Pity the company only seem interested in helping the fund and not the shareholders. It’s about time we saw some value here.

Anyone invested here should be totally scunnered. Those that say sell up and move on are missing the point that WE the shareholders are funding this, and WE deserve to know what’s going on. We all believe they’ll get there, and this could be the point where good things start to happen. Here’s to a new start and a positive news flow.

That looks right enough to me, so you are correct. Like I said earlier, hopefully this is now the bottom and there will be a steady stream of meaningful news to come - not more acquisitions or further funding, at least until they are able to pay for it without further dilution. What I expect news on - legacy issues complete, website launch, share register issued, date for the AGM and confirmation of the £1 million contract. It would be nice to get some numbers relating to the income being generated and director purchasing shares, but that’s probably a step too far - just now!

I don’t agree with your on that. The website launch on its own means very little, but I think it will be linked to the hard launch of ICON and will coincide with something positive. As for more dilution of the shares, this is already known. If they can prove that they are a profit generating company with enough money to fund expenses, coupled with the contract worth £1 million, then the share price should rise accordingly. I don’t mind them borrowing money to fund acquisitions, as long as it’s for something worthwhile and transparent (not buying off of their friends for an undisclosed fee). They have already stated that any funding after this initial debacle will be by more traditional methods - we as shareholders must hold them to this. Here’s to a great week ahead, hopefully this is just the beginning.

Unfortunately, the only way isn’t up though, especially if you have unlimited shares to dump at any price. I hope this is the bottom, but I thought that before. Remember when we all thought 0.4 was the floor? Even the management told us that’s what they thought too. Remember when the management said the fund wasn’t forward selling? Remember when the management told us the legacy issues would be sorted four months ago? Remember when the management said the website would be launched in six weeks, four months ago? Remember when management said the £1 million contract would be formally announced “soon”? Remember when management said they would publish a share register? I could go on, but they should stick to releasing news when it actually happens.

I don’t think this will drop tomorrow. I took the RNS as positive, and looks like good news is close. Won’t be long to find out though.

That’s what I’m hoping too. I thought that was late in the day to release news that could probably have waited until tomorrow morning. Maybe something positive to come, anyone that holds here deserves it.

Yes, definitely generating cash now. No mention of the share register though, and nothing more on the £1million contact - except it’s not been signed yet. Absolutely a viable business, but they need to get that contact signed, finalise the legacy issues that are like a noose, and start communicating with us shareholders. Hopefully this will be the bottom, but we have all thought that before!

I can 100% guarantee that the management team are not as frustrated as this PI! We have lost money on this debacle, they have lost nothing, and have the cheek to take a wage for the privilege.
