So Silverlight - you are happy with this shambles? 90% down, nobody has any idea who owns what because they haven’t updated the share register, nobody can understand how the funding works (remember the 0.4p floor?), the directors haven’t bought one share between them (but will be given free shares), no details of how much was paid for their pals company (nice bit of business, by the way - for him!), and no details of the legacy issues and how they were settled. Is that reasoned debate for you? Or are you just another apologist for the management? Being a shareholder entitles me to ask these questions, and expect an answer.

First off, I’m a holder here. Anyone happy with that waste of time RNS is delusional. Absolutely nothing new in it. What was the point in wasting more of our money on a nothing RNS? It’s all ifs, buts & maybes - again. The most disappointing thing is they still haven’t bought one share between them, and looks unlikely that they ever will. They should not be getting ANY remuneration, until they actually earn some profit. They’re interests are definitely not aligned with mine, it’s my money they’re wasting. It’s no wonder there are accusations of wrongdoing, they have done nothing in the shareholders interests.

Yes, that’s probably right. A company that I’m a shareholder in won’t reply because it’s not officially launched yet. Can I get the money back that I’ve lost until it does launch?

Ok then - where are the details of this agreement? Is it in the file marked “company secrets” along with clear details of funding and how much they paid for Social Alchemist?

If they are accumulating shares, then it’s shares they’ve been given from us, because none of them have bought any with their own money. How much did the owner of the company they bought get paid? The answer is we don’t know, and probably never will. Nice work if you can get it, and no risk to any of our esteemed directors - only is.

It’s not really the point though, is it? What does it say about a company that won’t let you contact them? Some people here say that we shouldn’t criticise the company because it might put investors off!

Would there be anyone there? How can I check before I make the 1600 mile round trip? They don’t answer emails and don’t have a phone number. Maybe you could go for me or I could train a pigeon.....

You seem to forget that they said in an interview that the legacy issues would be sorted in two weeks - they most certainly were not, and still haven’t. We only know about the £1million + contract because they RNS’d it - but not one detail as yet. They RNS’d the new company takeover - not one detail included. I agree that they shouldn’t be telling us things that might not happen, but that’s exactly what they have done! Even the funding isn’t clear. I won’t sell, and I will continue to voice my concern, even if people like you are prepared to accept this crap.

People investing in shares are exactly the people that should be complaining! I own part of this company, which gives me more right to complain than any of the directors or any of the trolls. It’s apologists like you that let these crooks get away with it, without any recourse. That is the main problem with these get rich quick schemes - it’s only the directors and funders that are guaranteed a return. I have no doubts that this will come good, but how much more damage and how much more money do WE have to stump up before then?

And one more thing before I crawl back under my rock to lick my considerable wounds - whenever this shower of scheisters have a meeting to approve this latest round of investor theft, I fully intend to be there. I’ve never felt the need to attend any meetings before, but I am determined to stand in front of each one of them, look them squarely in the eye, and tell them exactly what I think of them. I am not some stooge from Proactive Investors that will only ask prepared questions, where these fat, greedy hoors can smirk and laugh and say how frustrated they are. I hope others have the same opinion - these people should not be able to get away with this.

This share has lost over 90% of its value, the directors have not bought one share between them, no confirmation of the £1million + contract, a funding strategy that Einstein couldn’t work out, purchasing another company off a friend with absolutely no details of the transaction, legacy issues that were to be completed in two weeks - two months ago, no company launch, no communication from the company, no reply to any of my correspondence on their website or Twitter. Any you think people don’t have a right to ask questions or should be showing patience? If you are happy with this absolute disgrace, then I don’t even feel sorry for you.

I’d say there’s been a healthy amount of people who have warned about the funding here. It’s nobody’s fault that you chose not to listen to them, apart from your own.

That’s my sell of 50k reported as a buy. Price was 0.10415, just above mid price. I’ve sold a chunk this morning, hopefully for a successful day trade on CEY, then back in here again. I hope my boredom doesn’t cost me dearly!

If this is being held back, I’d like to know why, and for who? It certainly seems that something isn’t quite right, but 10p does seem to be the bottom. I suppose it shows that the only way you can win is to either buy and hold or short it to oblivion. I’m not too bothered when the news drops, slow and steady rises are fine by me. This is the first time I’ve felt so comfortable and confident holding a share since the early GKP days. Hopefully I won’t make that mistake again.

A reasonably sized buy (probably!) just popped up. All in all a decent enough day, with low volume. It looks like the crazy gang have moved on to pastures new for the time being, but I’m sure they’ll be back to try and save us. News could drop anytime now, and this doesn’t appear to be behaving like your typical AIM share. The overhang seems to be cleared now, so we should be off to the races when the news flow starts - as long as it’s positive.

Where’s the guy that was pulling up everyone last week for allegedly telling lies? He’d maybe come in handy right now. Or was he another non holder that was only against anyone positive?
