There it is again “doubt we will see the principal amount back”. Then when it does come back it’ll be “what about the interest payment”. They should just pull the plug now, think how happy everyone would be.

There was £100k in the bank at the conference call. Enough to keep things going for another 6 months. It is vital that the loan is returned, although there shouldn’t be any desperate need for it.

My reaction was definitely tongue in cheek dan. I just play this lottery like everyone else on here. There are some very unfortunate and disgruntled holders - and rightly so. If this all goes tits up (more than it already has), then so be it. I am here for the same thing as everyone else - confirmation of AB, and some sort of timeframe, along with any financial details of this court case. I still believe that will happen, I’m sure you do as well, otherwise you would sell out?

I think the majority that post here would be delighted if we don’t get the £100k back. Until then I expect lots of talk of I told you so, the writing is on the wall & reporting of new lows being hit. Oh wait! Lol

A big thanks to all of those that take the time out of their busy schedules to inform people that this share is at a new all time low, the SS event is definitely going to be a flop, and that this has been a bad investment. Cheers, and keep up the good work!

I don’t think I’ve seen a share with more negativity than this one, especially from holders. That’s each persons right, of course, but it can’t really help sentiment if there’s anyone out there that actually pays attention to boards. Anyway, nice to see a few buys coming in. Hopefully we have seen the bottom (for now) and this might rise in anticipation of the New York visit. Who knows, we might actually get some material news, along with a successful Star Sanctum event. Wouldn’t that be something!

Looks to me like the 800k is a buy though. But yes, another bad day. What comes first 0p or AB news?

I sent an email to Mark last month voicing some of my concerns to him (SP has again been decimated since then). I heard nothing until yesterday after the CC. He asked if he could phone me, to address my concerns. I replied saying that no, I have no interest in anything he could tell me, as there was nothing new in the CC. I was also annoyed that they didn’t answer any of my questions I’d emailed to them for the call yesterday. I finished my reply by saying I was disappointed at what’s been going on, but I’d be disgusted if there’s no news on AB after his New York “trip”. FWIW, I think he is genuine, and his hands might be tied, but it’s him that’s presided over this whole sorry mess. I hope some of the longer term holders can make at least some of their losses back, in just a latecomer hoping I’d caught the bottom - I didn’t!

My comment was tongue in cheek about the company failing. Why would you invest anything in a company and spend every post either bashing it or continually calling it a dog & saying failure is almost guaranteed? That’s your right as a holder, of course. But I’d think selling and moving on would be more sensible. I suppose people may think there’s no point selling at this ridiculous low price though-each to their own.

The £100,000 is cash in the bank. Cash burn is £10-£15k per month, which includes audit fees. I think you’re off on a tangent about the loan to Star Sanctum. The loan is guaranteed. Ok, we don’t get to see the contract of course. So either you believe a statement in the public domain or you don’t. All the guff about fancy cars and handing over the company is just guff.

I thought he said he wanted the event to be a success, but the loan was guaranteed anyway. This was in reference to funding similar events in the future, if this one worked. The fact the loan is equal to our entire bank balance shows how important this is. 40K profit on the loan would keep the lights on for quite a while. I hope that any new investment needing CLN’s has a faster pay back than the current crop!

People wanted a loan guarantee, today we were given one. But it’s the wrong kind of loan guarantee! Definitely not defending him, but come on.

I suppose the hope of finding out about AB this quarter will keep me here for the foreseeable, and this probably is the bottom, or very close to it. Best of luck whatever you decide to do.

Yes, good luck to all. The only slight comfort is I’m a relative newcomer here, so not lost as much as many others have. But, it’s still a loss, and will decide what to do after today

I’m planning on dialling in, and have sent in my questions. One of which was - why has the website not been updated with the new shares in issue? I didn’t receive an acknowledgment of my email, which doesn’t surprise me. I think I asked five questions in total, probably the same sort of questions that anybody else that holds have asked. For the record, I expect to get absolutely nothing out of this call, but you never know.
