ICON were desperate enough to sign a deal. No other option. That means not one institution had any faith in them. No wonder. No income to speak of and £600k in directors salaries. If you want to point the finger at where the problem lies, try the three pigs with their snouts in the trough, not the fund that saved them. How do you know the claims are false, if the company don’t even know what they are? Why would anyone tick you up for spouting nonsense?

EGHOS saved this company, and ICON entered the agreement willingly. Anyone wondering why our three directors haven’t bought one share between them should realise now. Not one share, even with a salary of £200k each. They should be sent to Guantanamo Bay - once the travel ban is lifted.

Panic over everyone - EarlifAim says this will be thrown out and ICON will receive compensation. It’s great that he knows what the claim actually is when the company don’t. Maybe he could represent them for free?

Iconic Labs history of due diligence is what started off the massive downward spiral in the first place. Remember when they told us it was sorted? Anyone know how much debt was left to pay? Anyone wonder why the didn’t tell us? Anyone agree that these three chancers are still worth £200k each per annum? I bet they nearly spat their soy lattes out when they heard the news.

“Sour grapes” “court will throw it out” “loss of massive profits”. Just some of the absolute rubbish being spouted by people desperate to see this as a positive. The company doesn’t even know what the claim is yet, so who can possibly know? One thing for sure - nobody goes to the expense of court for a laugh. Joke of a company, but hopefully the directors are still being paid £200k each.

Well, today I’m having a great day, so no chatting s*it from me. And, as a holder here, of course I’d like the share price to rise. I just hope that what some of the dreamers say actually comes true, and we can leave 0.012 behind for good.

Could be on the verge of significant news indeed. Hopefully not more dilution, although the constant large round number sells would indicate that it might not be good news. Still, if you are guaranteed an income of £200k during a global pandemic, then who cares?

And they still aren’t making enough cash to cover costs, even with all of these fantastic deals (including the ones they won’t put a figure on!). Never mind, 3 x directors “earning” £200k each per annum is lovely work, if you can get it. 0.4p floor.

You aren’t supposed to talk about anything negative, you are supposed to highlight the positive. The share price, massive directors salaries, lack of clarity on funding, terrible communication with shareholders and connections with DS are just minor inconveniences that should be ignored. Don’t tell them about the 0.4p floor either!

There’s those big sales in nice round numbers again. Is this more forward selling in anticipation of further dilution? Or is it something else. Some people believe the dilution has now stopped, but past performance should warrant caution.

While this bullish comment may well be true, and will undoubtedly receive lots of ticks, the long term trend is down. Anyone thinking to invest here should exercise caution.

It’s pretty obvious that certain posters are involved with the company in some capacity. Nobody in their right mind would support what’s happened so far. This has been a cash cow for the BOD and the fund only.

A great time for him and the other board members to buy some shares then. Why haven’t they bought one single share between them?
