We also don’t have three crooks and daddy crook pilfering the non existent profits. Those clowns created no value for anyone but themselves, told lies (£1 million fintech contract, 0.4p floor, debts paid), couldn’t create a website themselves (some tech entrepreneurs that), stole £200k each for the privilege and ended up by spending the majority of their time feathering their own nest. Good riddance to them, hopefully we’ll see them in court sometime.

Looks fairly stable around this price I think, and waiting on news to see which direction the next significant move will be. I am delighted that the price didn’t tank after the two days of gains at the end of last week

The cleaner has moved to Greencastle as she was the only member of staff that produced anything worthwhile. Our BOD claimed they were acting in our best interests by resigning. If they really meant that, they should walk to the nearest police station to hand themselves in for the biggest con since AAOG.

People are buying because there is always the chance that something positive might happen. Who knows what our largest shareholder has planned? People also note the massive drop in share price, it’s been going on for two years now. At every catastrophic drop, people have claimed it was a good time to buy. For me, this is red or black, death or glory, lose the lot or make a mint. As long as the crooks that put us here are served with the justice they deserve - I don’t really care.

I’ve been called a deramper for ages, I’ve probably lost more than most! I just couldn’t understand why the BOD refused to buy shares. It’s obvious now, of course. If this wasn’t a scam to fleece us, I’d be surprised. They might have operated inside the law, probably got fancy lawyers on big fees advising them what they can get away with. So - maybe legal, but definitely not ethical. I hope they all rot, Greencastle go bust (their track record suggesting it might), and they end up skint. Who would touch them after ruining Unilad and now ICON? (Apart from DS, king scammer).

This is not AIM. I’d happily lose every penny if it means these crooks end up in jail. Watch out if you drop the soap boys!

I hope our remaining director has demanded the £1 million “loan” is paid back immediately. I suspect that the money will never be returned, or the last drawdown either. This needs investigated and these criminals should be brought to justice. They resigned “in the best interests of shareholders”, yet still want their money, after stealing the Crown Jewels. Even if their actions are legal, it’s definitely not ethical, and in my opinion they never ever worked in the interests of shareholders. Someone earlier mentioned an action group. I’d urge everyone to join & see if we can get these crooks into a court room. I hope they read these boards, they are absolute scum. Demanding their deferred salaries is another kick in the chuckies, but not surprising for these charlatans.

A Cypriot hotel team cannot be any worse than the just departed BOD who have done absolutely nothing for their shareholders. At least the buffet should be good at the AGM : )

Why no RNS telling us they had made a final offer? Isn’t that pertinent information for shareholders? This whole thing stinks. I was looking forward to my day in the sun, sitting at an AGM to tell the three criminals what I think of them. Hopefully I’ll still be able to do that, except in a court room.

Maybe the BOD have forgotten they work for ICON. Apart from the news of the court case, when was the last time they actually announced something positive? Have they all been furloughed and not bothered to tell us?

I’d be keen to do something similar here, only I’m sure the directors would buy in and score big time. Couldn’t have that after their shenanigans.
