If you are worried about a "bloodbath" or worried that you "might not be able to trade it", why not ask your broker? Asking here just makes you look a bit stupid, or maybe trying to spook others?

I think anyone with any sense knew the potential that was possible here. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to look at the share price before the Russians started to gather on the border. The two important factors were - when the war ends, and how low will the price be forced. I have no sympathy for anyone still short, they have had an amazing run, and should be happy with their profits.

I hope all of the people shouting "boom" and quoting ridiculous pie in the sky prices weren't moaning about trolls over the last couple of sessions.

There should be a limit of three posts per day on these boards. There seems to be an awful lot of people who are able to spout guff 24 hours a day, and the majority of them are not even holders! Are they philanthropists desperate to warn us of impending doom, or is there another reason...............

"peace talks are not working" and "this is getting deleted after trading Friday" are an indication of the intellect of some of the posters on here. Are they really that stupid, or are they just out and out liars?

An excellent and comprehensive summary. In short - it could be the chance of a lifetime, or it could be throwing your money away. Buy, hold, sell or short, the choice is each persons to make.

POLY, EVR and POG are absolutely stonking buys - IF this war ends. At the moment it is a difficult hold, but how bad must it be for those that have held for more than five minutes? This could be the opportunity of a lifetime, or not. It all depends on your appetite to risk/reward. Judging by some of the posts on here recently, people should really go and try to learn a bit more about how this all works before committing their hard earned cash. Listen to everybody, but believe nobody, they only care about their own investment. Best of luck, and try not to be a dick to everyone else.

Van Eck New York just reported buying 2.89% POG. Americans still buying Russian, must have missed the advice given on here all day.

These boards certainly bring out the worst in people. Any valid points are quickly drowned out by point scoring wannabes that seem to have endless amounts of time to waste arguing with strangers on an anonymous and free BB. Meanwhile buyers buy, shorters short, the war continues and life goes on. Nobody on here has anywhere near the capacity to alter any of that, just the ability to cause arguments that nobody wins. Sad, really.

Anyone else think it is very strange that most of those that are trashing this share have "a little bit invested"? Either to try and add some credence to their ridiculous theories or to share in the joy on any rises. Weird behavior indeed, but probably got nothing better to do or anyone else to talk to.

This is a company with operations in Russia (and elsewhere). Russia has invaded Ukraine and started a war. If anyone doesn't understand this when buying these shares, then they probably shouldn't be allowed to spend their pocket money. Risk - sanctions, war continues or escalates, assets seized by the state, de-listing. Reward - won't see this much cheaper, an excellent company with growing revenue in commodities that are very much in demand, dividend payments (just now, but if they are stopped it should be temporary) and potential upside that would make the AIM scammers blush. FWIW I'm all in.

I think most people that are here just now are after share price gains. The income stock and dividend payments were just a nice bonus. A 37p dividend will be meaningless if this can get back over £5. That will only likely happen if this war finishes and sanctions against Russia are lifted, but it is risk/reward. Personally, I like the look of this risk.

Nobody knows what the price will be tomorrow or the day after. Nobody knew what payment of the dividend would do to the price. Nobody knows when this war will end. Nobody knows if the dividend will be paid or used as a cash cushion or if the money will be used to buy assets or buy back shares. One thing that is known is that these shares are crazy cheap, but they are cheap for a very good reason. Don't listen to anyone that tells you what will happen or what the price will be - decide for yourself. This could be the bargain of the century. Or not. Remember, there will be people that have held here since 700p+, so maybe stop the whinging about 20p here or there. Best of luck, at least we can sleep safely tonight.

Look on the bright side. The people shouting about 5p and going bust have disappeared into the mist.
