Definitely worth a punt down here. I was delighted to see the big players get a hammering, it might make them think twice about their next short attack. Funny how the regulator suspended trading to protect them, while leaving the PI’s to suffer.

I would expect a decent lift on an RNS stating the court claim has been thrown out, but we all know that ICON will also tell us they have reached a settlement anyway, and the placing price is 0.006. Shares to be issued on blah blah blah date, but we know they’ve already been sold. Soy lattes all around for our BOD, DS and the fund management team - hooray!

They might have got it right by default. My main concern is that this whole thing has been contrived by the three parties involved. One things for sure, this is a mess. I expect to find out ant the latest by close of play tomorrow.

I don’t think there’s much risk of suspension right now. I think that this delay since the court case was lodged will lead to the issuance of more shares to settle any outstanding claim. The company will then tell us they had no option, and will announce that the payment was in full and final settlement. Then, they will announce how this will be funded going forward, including a share consolidation. What happens after that depends on signing more contracts and becoming profitable. All imho of course.

He might be one of our BOD trying to buy? Have some faith man!

I think ICON do have more expenses than income, and the debt is definitely unknown, unless you know different? Read the RNS’s, it’s all in there.

Would anyone really trust this BOD to not enter another agreement with the same fund? And, does the company know who owns it’s shares? It’s crystal clear that this BOD are working for the fund, DS & themselves. They are not working for us. We just pay their over inflated wages. Before any of their supporters jump in me - answer me why the changed the terms of the Greencastle loan? The original should have benefited PI’s.

Nearly two weeks since that RNS, and still nothing from our BOD. They have nothing but contempt for their investors.

We’ve all been hoping for a rise since WDC days, that’s certainly stretching the phrase “slow burn!”.

This needs to get above 0.008 just to get back to where it was one week ago. Should see 0.012 on any positive news on the court case, and £1 on any director purchase (that’s a little joke, by the way).

Anyone seen positiveenergy lately? Remember, him that posted relentlessly to block any sensible debate with a constant barrage of dribble. Has he changed his name or has he passed the baton on to the next lot of paid stooges? Are our BOD still fiddling while Rome has burned to a crisp?

Anyone think we’ll get an RNS this week, with details of what’s actually going on? Or are they happy to let us sink into oblivion while they organise a “placing they couldn’t avoid”? I’ll put what’s left of my money on the latter. When have this BOD done anything for their shareholders?

I’ve.been.here.long.enough.to.remember.when.his.space.bar.was.broken. Think some of the BOD must post here, there can’t possibly be anyone that supports them running free in society.

“Fake news”. Haven’t we recently seen someone else that was also an absolute roaster that liked to use that phrase? Quoting someone that won’t hear anyone criticising the BOD is exactly what I’d expect from a BOD fan girl.

Evening reso. I see the three musketeers have jumped to the company’s defence again. Could they be the BOD in disguise? They obviously don’t spend their time worrying about their PI’s, that’s for sure

They haven’t really done anything that’s been in the shareholders favour. They haven’t put any figures on anything, were “economical with the truth” over the £1million contract that never was, didn’t do the required due diligence on WDC, still have a toxic relationship with DS, still earn ridiculous amounts while ruining the company, and haven’t done anything since the latest debacle happened - now over a week ago. I am astounded that anyone can still support them.

Maybe our BOD should put some of their spare cash in too? I am actually in awe of how those crooks have managed to get away with the complete destruction of this company, while lining their own, the funds, DS & their pals pockets. Hats off to them for pulling it off. They should be locked up for what they’ve done.

I predict a close of play RNS, with a new issuance of shares to EHOGS, in lieu of settlement of their claim. I think the selling we have seen is the fund offloading these shares in advance (forward selling). I also think the issue price is probably 0.004 - 0.005, so they get another nice profit while kicking the humble PI in the stones again. Or foof, if you are a lady investor

“By all accounts ICON are growing” I’d certainly like to see their accounts, not that I don’t trust them....

It’s almost like people don’t trust this company any more. I wonder why?
