Are people selling at almighty losses, or is the fund forward selling their next tranche of shares for profit? I’d suggest the latter, but time will tell. Two things are certain - the fund won’t lose out, the BOD won’t lose out. Shareholders on the other hand....

Is it not 5% for main market? Anyway, there’s a history of late reporting here, so I wouldn’t hold your breath. They can be added to the rest of the shares nobody knows who owns.

I can’t believe anyone can support this BOD and the shambles they have created. I’d be in favour of voluntary suspension while they sort out everything. From the share register to an accurate update on finances etc. I do believe there’s a good future potential for ICON, but time for the BOD to start to earn their corn.

I think people blaming EHGOS are wrong. They provided the funds, and saved this company. The company told us that there was a floor on the price, untrue. The company told us they were using VWAP to determine the price of each placing, untrue. If you want to blame someone, blame the BOD. This whole mess lies squarely at their door.

Definitely seems counter intuitive, I’d agree. There’s a world of difference between a disgruntled PI like myself having a right good moan, but for our largest shareholder? There’s more to this, I’m sure. All will come out in the wash. I just hope we have hit the bottom and can start the turnaround that we all want.

That’s a pretty pathetic post. Just accept that people have opposing views and are free to air them. Same as you are. It’s annoying for me that anyone can support what our BOD are doing, but I’m not going to throw a wobbly because some people do.

This isn’t a “clean” cash shell though is it? Who knows how much debt there is still owed?

Don’t you think it would be nice of our BOD to keep us shareholders (and owners of the company) updated with current goings on? They might not be able to give any information on the court case, but surely they could let us know how they intend to handle this going forward? Or have they completely washed their hands of us?

This is the main problem, highlighted beautifully. One post saying that one buy shows confidence, another saying 0.02p by end February. These posts have multiple tick ups, clearly from desperate gamblers. People should have listened to those that everyone claims are trolls, and maybe wouldn’t have seen their shares decimated by 99.99%

I think that 135 million buy equates to about £10k, or roughly 2/3 of a months “wages” for our BOD.

When I first bought these there were 150 million shares in issue. Now there are 36 billion, and our esteemed leaders can’t even part with a fraction of their hard earned wages to buy even one share between them.

3 x £200,000 = £600,000, divided by 12 = £50,000. Not allowing for the deferment (this will still be due at some point anyway).

How anyone can be supportive of the BOD after their systematic destruction of the share price, while scamming £200k each for the privilege, and after the most recent shambles, beggars belief.

Remember they are paying £50k per month in wages to just three people, on top of all the other running costs for staff that actually do something productive. It certainly looks like this whole charade has been orchestrated to get yet another placing away. None of the BOD have bought any shares yet, despite the all time low price. That should tell us all we need to know.

More chunky sells. Anyone thinking that this is the fund forward selling again? Certainly looks like it, and another brilliant stitch up by our magnificent BOD. They are not earning their wages by working in our benefit, but they are certainly earning their wages by coming up with ever more elaborate schemes to keep the ICON gravy train chugging along. Anyone looked at the mugshot on the website? They look like a boy band or those lads on Twitter.

Playing out like many thought it would. The fund threaten court, the company refute the claim, and tell the shareholders that they have no choice but to issue billions more shares. The fund gets its reward, the BOD keep getting paid, and the shareholders are shafted again. It’s almost as if this was all part of the plan........

Big, round, fund sized sells. I’m even more convinced that this is another scam by all the parties involved. Not sure why, but I would imagine it involves shareholders being shafted again, and the big fat piggies filling up their wallets on the proceeds. Anyone disagree?
