The SP is where it is and is the least important of the two. Of course its easy to manipulate with threats of I A. Sometimes seems the CWU are "manna from heaven" to the shorters.
However the important issue is the Company, without which there would be no investors or employees. Its always the RMG CEO that is blamed by the workforce, but I can only imagine the difficulties management face in trying to bring RMG up to par. RMG has been easy pickings for those that wish to malinger or find the loopholes for an easy life and it has to change.

My belief Wolves is that the majority of the general public are basically hardworking honest individuals. We were however subject to a lower allocation. This was due to deals done between parliament and Institutions. So there is truth in your statement, but "don't tar everyone with the same brush"
The oversubscribed public element was in my opinion an opportunity to be invested in a historic Company that we could all continue to be proud of while also increasing personal wealth for investors and employees.
I believe that the CWU are largely responsible for the dire situation currently.

As a consequence mail was delayed and compensation was paid. Your moral compass needs recalibration.
I agree management could have changed the rules temporarily but obviously decided to stick to the status quo. Customers were let down on delivery but not by management regarding compensation.
