The workforce will now have a short time to reflect on past weeks of strike action and decide whether its been productive? This period of reflection should be approached with a clear mind. Recalling unpleasant comments etc will not assist. Consider instead what are the options? Are the Company going to buckle under more strike action?. Sixteen days didn't do it ?
Decision time, accept the offer, don't accept, then what maybe find alternate employment?
Clear heads are needed, ignore the comments here from posters who I am sure do not represent shareholder views.

We tend to agree so obviously have common sense JB. :-)

JB, It should be obvious to all that this situation needs to be concluded. Time to move on and make a best effort to return to profitability. That has to be in everyone's best interest.
Let's hope for common sense to prevail.
