Phil. I assume you bought in during the period when dividends were available. I hope for your sake that you could exit in profit, should you so decide.

Your decision of course but if dividends are your main requirement, maybe exit and look for a more secure dividend prospect.

Losses are a certainty currently compared to potential fines. I imagine Oli that the Company have decided to deal with fines if and when they are presented. Ofcom seem to have used the USO as a cash cow. Reasonable consideration should have resulted in ZERO liability previously.

Oli, I imagine it's a question of saving money by reducing deliveries. However it has consequences. Business lost to others.

The CWU act in their own interests. This is usually contrary to Company and Union members interests.
Unfortunately this time due to very poor decisions by the CWU, it's make or break.
I cannot as a shareholder envisage things improving while the CWU are representing the workforce.
A yes vote could improve things for all in time. A no vote will eventually be good for the Company at the detriment of many employees.

I have been continously invested here since IPO with holdings at varying levels. I will sometimes reduce holdings and bank profits. Currently holding at higher level and fortunately in profit.
It's been an interesting ride and the forum has been something of an eye opener. A mixture of individuals from all walks of life. Some who seem decent others I would avoid like the plague.
I think the current situation had to occur for various reasons. Due to the tail trying to "wag the dog" I also believe "it will all come out in the wash" No intention of selling up in the foreseeable future.

That's good to hear Broch. The sooner this is resolved and hopefully everyone gets behind a more efficient Company the better it will be.

Thank you for the update Broch. It would be folly to vote NO in the belief that a better offer may result. It should be obvious that this board is not going to relent.
Obviously it's your decision to make but don't do so under an illusion. Clear thinking is required at this juncture
