With reference to your comments on T Cell survival, the Paris poster states that mab2811 stimulated TSCMs are viable in vitro for more than 2 months. How significant is this?

Lindy may well have specific candidates in mind. They may not be limited to Nottingham Uni. Manchester Uni springs to mind where Lindy did her PhD and still has strong contacts. In fact didn't Rahul Choudry come from Manchester? There is also the research project commissioned by Scancell at Durham and Liverpool looking for PTM targets. So I would imagine Lindy has a number of good candidates to choose from.

The TCR work is probably for Moditope targets although you never know Scancell may be thinking of widening that particular project to include Covidity targets if the vaccine works well.

The CAR-T requirement may be for Avidimab. Burble did explain recently the Avidimab CAR-T connection.

Probably both events signal the end of the research phase. A vaccine has been chosen (the chosen one) and we are now in development. It will be interesting to know exactly what Lindy is trying to patent and also how the delivery method is progressing. The AGM should provide answers.

Yes, as you say, news changes everything.

I think traders will look at resistance levels and sell at this price if they think it is a strong level.
But, in general, the more price hits a resistance level the weaker it becomes since over time all the traders will have sold out.
Also it looks good in this case since the price didn't retrace that much before it started to go up again. This shows there are buyers in the market at a price close to the resistance level.
Of course, this is the optimistic view :-)

I think timescales have already shifted compared to the original annoucement and comments following it. Good things are worth waiting for.
By many accounts a strong Tcell response is essential and you don't get much stronger than IB if at all.

Possible slippage in timelines may be due to both Modi1 and Covidity being in development concurrently. Perhaps difficult choices need to be made. I stress possible slippage.1

I should have mentioned in my last sentence that this particular mitigation is all about SP.
The risks of failure in each trial remains the same but I would suggest that with a scientist of the calibre of Lindy the chances of success are higher than industry standards.

You must list the risks and try to quantify them .
Lindy herself will know the risks and do her upmost to mitigate the risks in the experiments and procedures she goes through on each product.
Trinity assess the risks on 3 trials using industry statistics. No account is taken of what is happening outside those 3 trials.
And no account is taken for the pandemic we find ourselves in and how that influences SPs going forward

Also crucial is the target price set by the individual. C7 currently has a target of 50p, of course that may change going forward. But what are the chances of that target being hit without any extra trial data. I would say quite possible and some would say likely. The times we find ourselves in is the most important mitigation of risk to a company like Scancell.

Perhaps the market did not realise the significance of an imminent start of manufacture.
The vaccine research phase is complete and it is now over to the development team.
Sometimes it takes a day or 2 for an RNS to sink in.
The same thing occurred in early Feb 2018 with 3 great news items but the SP remained frozen for a few days before going up 80% to 18p. Coincidentally this seems to be the resistance level we are now at or thereabouts.

The irony is that the deputy sheriff (Nigel Somerville) is very keen on Scancell.
