I agree totally.
So we need to see confidence in a start quarter for a Covidity trial (surely they can specify a quarter now rather than a half year)
For the Modi1 trial we need to know that the manufacturing problems are over and a start quarter is planned (pandemic allowing)
For SCIB1 we need to know if the go ahead to resume has been given

If they are still specifying half years it gives me less confidence.

The big question for me is how they intend to use this mountain of cash broken down by specific trials, research items, platforms etc. In order words what is the project plan now.
I think a large part of that should get answered in the presentation.

There might be some surprise items on the list and I'm thinking CAR-T ; perhaps not such a surprise item but more detail is required. I'm also thinking Modi3 and perhaps the partial resurrection of project blueprint.

I agree with you. It is probably a bad idea.
No harm in debating the issues and expressing opinions but best if each ask their own questions that they feel is most important to them.

At this stage shouldn't we just write down the subject areas.
Something like:

SCIB1
SCIB2
MODI1
MODI2
Covidity
Avidimab
FG2811
The rest of the glycans mabs
New hires
Future plans outside the above

Then once the presentation is released, we can have a debate on what information is missing from the presentation.
I suggest we decide on a not too long a list, just pick out the more important ones.
Anything unanswered we could always ask CH by email later.

What do people think about this approach and am I being optimistic in thinking we could agree a list of questions :-)

So we have time between these 2 date/times to watch the presentation and work out any questions not covered by the presentation.

As far as I know, this is not an area that Scancell are involved in.
Their cancer pipeline includes mabs and also vaccines that activate T Cells but not viruses that attack cancer cells.

Scancell may have obvious appeal to the US market due to

a) Redmile's investment
b) The big and promising pipeline for such a small company
c) The approach Scancell have taken on Covidity

I suppose if Scancell are contemplating such a move, the timing may be crucial.

Do anyone know of any other AIM companies that also have a Nasdaq listing?
The big advantage I can see is that Biotech companies are held in much higher regard in the US so perhaps the Nasdaq SP would drag up the AIM SP.

The recent proactive presentation was a great format with people being able to submit questions by text.
Of course, it would need a moderator for the questions - Chippers?

Burble, maybe they will look at both. But yes a great question for the AGM.

I'd be quite happy with that but Burble has his own work to consider of course.

With fg2811 remember what Burble said about the significance to CAR-T. The fact that TSCMs treated with Fg2811 consistently remain active in vitro for long periods means that this has potentially solved one of the key problems in CAR-T therapy. It may be the key to a big effect on the inconsistency of results in different patients. Also the cells are staying alive long enough to make a 2nd treatment possible without re-harvesting the patient's cells.

Perhaps Scancell should try recruiting someone with CAR-T experience, oh wait they are doing just that :-)

The glycans mabs and avidimab have so much potential that with 50 mill of funding it just doesn't make any sense to do a deal with such scant data.
