Just looking at the older RNSs as you do (or some do anyway) and saw in May 2015 they consolidated from 3,772,151,750 into 30,177,214 shares (now grown to 531,630,000 shares) The consolidation RNS of 22nd April 2015 said “the Board believes this affects investor perception of the Company. The Directors believe that the Capital Reorganisation should improve the marketability of ordinary shares to a range of investors, including institutional investors.” Does this mean they are more likely to consolidate again sooner rather than later or was the board talking through tis hat about 'improving the marketability' by stuffing up the sp by consolidation? All ideas welcome...
