I asked as I see this drifting until the 15th but by the I think the MM will have already priced in the idea of the bonds being rolled over, maybe not as cheaply as MH hopes.

The 8 trading days between now and then you would have a high chance of picking up your top ups at a better prices. The bond news will lift the price 10 to 15% again short lived as it drifts again on getting back to pre shut in volumes. Why today?

by the time echo and Co have gone through the procurement for the bottlenecks works and had the works carried out with everything pressure tested and re-certified again it will be time to reopen the closed in wells. Then carry out the long awaited workovers. By the time all this has been done I wonder where the Oil price would be?

I've spent many years in well intervention and in OnG operations. I don't think Echo is large enough or have enough requirements to have a fix deal contract with a single supplier. Day rates and standby rates on some items and personnel maybe.

Echo is listed as having only 15 employees spread over 3 countries and several locations.
Progress is going to be slow with these numbers of personnel bearing in mind most will have office based. Echo will rely heavily on 3rd party contractors for all of the maintenance, workovers and general hands on work. Again I question the idea Echo owns a workover rig or a team of engineers to operate one.
MH was brought it to cut coasts and get the Dept pushed back. without that happening all the works required move alone at a snails pace as they need free cash to carry them out.
The partners are happy to sit quietly as they could pick things up on the cheap if MH can't deliver a good outcome on the loans.
