There are easy to spot trends but there are also very subtle ones too.
I've been involved with bidding processes as well as the technical and engineering processes. We always preform due diligence on companies before entering into costly tendering process.
The ITT we scrutinize in great depth being as well as the clients track record.
Even if we decline to tender we always keep it on file and watch to see which competitors sought to tender and who was finally awarded the contract.

Did anyone see the ITT for the LPG installation that Sound issued the Italians the preferred status too?
Seems the like the exclusivity thing which ended up being a dark empty room the last time.

The RNS also writes "certain holders", I'm not sure how many there are but that would indicate that there are more than one and not all.

So The RNS may be intended as a bit of leverage to those Note holders they haven't been in discussions with or don't like the idea. Again its a proposal not a done deal.

That would only be correct if it is agreed.

Similar as saying Brexit deal is BEING agreed, which like the RNS it's hasn't.

The RNS reads the £5.9 million cash that they may have is working capital which doesn't included the outstanding TAX issue..... which everyone keeps forgetting about.

What it is saying that nobody is buy turkeys this Christmas so we need to extend their life's a little longer as we don't have the cash to cover the loans currently due so this coupled with the TAX bill means we are broke. So take 2% as good will on extending the loans or take nothing at all.

Whats afoot is the TAX bill.

It was pointless not to extend the license or it would be just adding a few nails into the coffin by pulling the plug. Hardly a good time to look for other interested parties at the moment.

I think the idea is to take as much unpaid or due TAX as they possibly can before torpedoing Sound. The IEA is looking at 2023 before any sort or recovery is likely. Kick the can down the road until then as there is very little chance of Sound doing anything in 2 years that they havent achieved thus far.
