Wow hundreds of new lambs (must be spring) forming a nice long queue at the meat counter that is Echo.

The big talking point is that they have been handed a reprieve from defaulting on their loan repayments (or being left with no cash to carry out the works they have been talking about for long enough (workovers bottlenecks) as well as keep paying the BOD payouts.

Wait an minute I hear you say..... This money has always been there to do this work!! So why hasn't it happened?

The pipeline work will increase flow as well as cash flow!! Why hasn't it happened?

The reopening of the closed in wells will also increase flow as well as cash flow!!! Why hasn't it happened?

The testing of newly drilled wells is a game changer!!!! Why hasn't it happened??

The increase in the world oil and gas prices is great for business!!!! True pity Echo still has closed in wells and work overs that haven't been carried out.

Well there has been a few that have made some money while I've been away as in cashed in. But they will not be posting in here.

I think it is becoming very apparent the EU is on the cusp of another spike of covid it's 3rd a year.

International summer holidays are not going to be happening (for the vast majority of the EU) and any chance of a recovery this year no matter how well the UK rolls out its Vaccine is fast becoming distant memories.

Going back to the vote and the vote on the 30th.

Those that didn't vote in the 1st round possibly were unable to vote or just didn't like what was being proposed and were hanging off with a view of the vote failing and a better offer coming forward.
They might just now sell their interest in the Bond and move on. Their share still holds a vote on the 30th. There maybe more than one person or institution that didn't vote.
I don't think the vote is done in person and more likely a webinar or Zoom meeting (during current times). so being unable to attend seems less likely to have been an issue. We know there were ongoing discussions prior to the vote so MH would have had a feel on how things might have panned out, but not getting it passed would have smarted somewhat.
