Very easy one for someone regarding the warrants

2 published RNS's same volume of warrants 74,200,000.

2 differing prices .3p and 3p difference being a lot to Echo but slightly misleading if it's an error.

Sorry if you think is so many questions but very few people in here deal in facts.

Can you cast light on the 74,200,000 warrant,s there seems to be a bit of a difference in 0.3p and 3p quoted in the 2 RNS's

74,200,000 warrants at a price of 3.0p (November 2019 warrants)

RNS 12th April 2021

Sale of Warrants 74,200,000 at a price of 0.3p

Now if these are the same warrants something isn't right?

Can someone enlighten me on this? previous block admissions do not appear to mention the 74,200,000 warrants

The market. I'm interested in volume of product produced and sold for hard cash not what the money markets think Echo may be worth.

Or are you saying the markets as in the oil and gas commodity markets?

Are you saying that after the overdue workovers, the bottleneck pipeworks and the opening of the currently closed in wells you expect the production to increase four fold?

What is THE Current production? I do believe there is a large variation between the two.

Echo Gets £222K

Better get that corrected you know what some are like in here.

Am I correct in thinking that On exercising the warrants The holder pays Echo £222K for the 74.2 million shares and sell them for say 1.2p (0.012) and get £890,400 less the £222K paid to Echo walks away with a profit of £668k?

So Echo gets £22k
Warrant holder gets £668k
Someone else is left holding the baby? (74,200,000 shares)

You seem to be with the very few in here that has a grasp on things and don't through figures out that are out of a JK novel.

It's an interesting observation and one the Echo need to answer. It may also be a coincidence that the injection of the cash from the warrants almost covers the bottleneck works

Whats changed? a bond holder has given Echo the Bird?

So many reasons this share would be shorted.

What's changed other than the the bond holder vote? Not much

Echo still has closed in wells a workover program that has stalled and a coin toss Expo well that smells of gas farts.

Lets all jump on puffs dragon. A bondholder gets royally stuffed. does what they do to get his money back. The world goes mad on short selling of echo.

Someone please point me to evidence that Echo has struck anything other than tired old wells ?

There are 3 ways that money gets made here.
1 you produce something physical that you can sell at a profit.

2 Lends money to 1 to enable make the item and charge interest. 2 makes a profit

3 you buy shares in a company that that is trying to do item 1 but relies on the person in item 2 and hopes that the shares increase in value. To make a profit the shares need to increase in value and you need to cash them in to make a profit.

Now 1 doesn't happen so 2 doesn't get paid his interest so 2 turns to 3 recoup his lost interest. 2 then has to do a little work to make his profit (2 in lazy and didn't want to have to work to make his money but has to) 3 loses out while 1 carries on making a loss.

3 Buys more shares in the hope that 1 will one day figure out why he keeps making a loss but at the same time carries on being paid so has now real drive the make the changes required.

Me Questioning why already published workovers and pipeline works and why these still haven't been carried out has been raised by others and some time ago too. The fact that the pipelines works as in bottlenecks has a price tag on it means that the engineering works and procedures to have the works undertaken has already been done it's just a case of getting on with it. The delay is costing Echo money and is costing them money. Money as in the wells still being closed in as well as the downtime when the works are being done. There will be an uproar if the Oil Prices falls back and this work still hasn't been done. Similar to the workovers and the well testing.

With regards the timings.... that dear fellow was out of my hands that was down to a nice surgeon or 2 from (dare I say it Eat Stock) India working for our good old NHS.
