so many reading tea leaves into some RNS's about the works going on.
nyforever has it spot on there has already been increases in fluid recovery rates and the future outlook for these works was a general increase as well as to add future increases.
The works have been ongoing for sometime and don't seem to be requiring the Item being made in BA for the works to start. Like any job the time frame is an estimate as is the price.

It would be good to get passed this period and the clueless guess work and bickering about time frames and new pipelines. This work 1st and foremost will allow closed in wells to reopen. The work overs and CL are purely down to their own work scopes.

Nuts, bolts and valves make up components of a pipeline as do flanges and seals but I think the main thing is the pipe, I agree a pipe is a component of pipeline as that an engine is a component a car but generally we call it just a car. If it was the whole pipe they were replacing I think they would have flags and a brass band to say hey biggest upgrade going but they didn't.

I bore the life out of most in here and rightly so as they haven't a clue.

The difference is If I'm wrong I'll say so unlike most in here and please don't think I have a personal vendetta against one person. he quotes an RNS about a new pipeline but there is no RNS that says so. He may know a hell of a lot more than I which I don't think is in the same thinking than I. my thoughts and this is the difference I don't say that echo is installing a new pipeline or manifold and quote its in a RNS because there isn't one that says that. My feeling is that given the monies quoted and the words used in the RNS there is no such new 20 odd km pipeline and indeed no mention of a manifold. Just as there is no mention of any pigging operations.
very very few that post in here that have real hands on experience of doing the works or pricing the the works that are being or will being undertaken. someone that checks the thickness off valves seals hasn't a clue of what the valve is used for.

Tell me what will happen to the old pipeline in your vision? does the sum quoted in Febs RNS included the decontamination, decommissioning and removal of the old pipeline as well as a new pipeline and locally made manifold? Or does this not need to be done in as you say 3 world countries. Hardly a green statement there by Echo if that was the case. Or will we just cable tie the new one onto the old? Not sure Echo's QA or HS would like that one.

If you run 1/2" hozelock garden hose that length it would cost you @£27k maybe Echo are running 10 of them but the flows and pressures required just don't add up but it would cost the same.

I suspect what is being manufactured would be pallet mounted pig launcher and receiver. These will be used to de-wax the old pipeline which will increase its flow rate back to near new conditions. They said that they had identified 10 separate projects within the works so there may also be change outs of valves and damaged pipework too. Pressure tests and usually carried out after the integrity of a pipeline has been broken.

The money involved wouldn't get you a new pipeline.

I'm slightly surprised by the response I thought the uptick would have lasted longer.

So there's a period unknown with regards the manufacture time of items then around 45 days to carryout the works, then another 2 weeks to a month to gauge the increase liquid flow rates obtained before getting another update.

okay I get it a few genuine and over confident shareholders may might muckle get a bit excited and post wishful thinking on their behalf. But granted I'm not a shareholder as yet. (i'm in the process of doing so plus my fees). I'm really confident that I've not posted any untruths or misleading information.
I have posted that in the not too distant past that a bondholder might not have liked MH's proposals (the 1st vote didn't get the required amount) and would show their dislike by not voting. it would seem they have gone slightly further and have gotten their agreed interest their own way.

We learn until the day we die. I've a few days left in me yet.

As and when you see fit I'll enjoy reading your ideas of my misleading information and half truths.

It's okay for folk to post continual wishes, jumped up figures and backslapping of others that do the same. But when someone asks about hard figures and facts.

Loverooster69 hits it hard on the head with his 2nd para of 16:55. getting real up to date figures from the heavenly body that's Echo "which doesn't like to be transparent"... and I ask too many questions? The cult that is this board will decide what my game is.
