Yeah given the share price is the same or maybe even lower than before the transformational deal was announced 2 months ago I'd say its debatable that any transformation has taken place!
I thought they need to give 3 weeks notice and Jay said they'll get EGM done in September and final sign off in November? Got to be one of the longest farm out deals for a company this size.....its ridiculous, 5-6 months after the transformational farm out is announced before its agreed and we can move forward, meanwhile shareholders are sat twiddling their thumbs and the CEO banks another £200K while generating no income.

It's a stretch to say they've already begun remediation on KN1, what have they done? Looked at pressure readings? Reported to the market they have a faulty valve? They haven't done anything, and they can't do anything material until its approved by TPDC.

Slight increase in volume today, unfortunately mainly sells. Another good start to another week in Aminex.....

Yeah fair points.....they'd of surely pulled out by now though if no deal. Especially now that GR's got his share cap rise there would be no reason to drag out a DD on a deal than isn't going to happen (this was my initial thoughts when it was announced, Lenigas doing GR a favour to get the share cap rise through). I don't trust either of them. It is a hell of a deal for Cadence though so fingers crossed it gets confirmed. Then some good RHA news. As you say, we need regular positive updates (of the non jam tomorrow type) to overcome the GR effect of years of missed targets and deadlines and endless placings...

Has anyone got much experience in these sort of deals for other AIM companies? Are they typically signed off on the deadline day or usually before? Thought we'd have a bit more buying going on after RHA drilling (again) RNS and DD deadline getting closer - 10 days till deadline I think? Instead we're starting the week 6% down...zzzzzzzzzzzzzz

He's certainly generating interest in the company...8 trades yesterday and we've had a single buy in first hour of trading for 500 bucks.....need some bloody volume here zzzzzz. I didn't think interview was that bad, better than the last one for sure. Just need some news flow, hopefully he was telling the truth about government being on board, doubt anything will be announced from gov till farm out signed off though?

That didn't last long! Gonna be a long climb from these levels with all the traders. Lets hope GR keeps the news coming, and DD gets finalised and signed off...

The sooner the zubs get TPDC to pull their finger out the better, nice day yesterday but the fact we're down 5% today and can't hold 2p is ridiculous. Chop fcking chop TPDC....will be a year next week since the dev plan was submitted, total farce.

I just want the deal finalised because I don't trust GR or anything Lenigas is remotely connected to....and finally wanted my cash back so I can run for the hills.

And now I'm glad I didn't top up....this is why it takes forever to get a sustained increase in share price, incapable of hitting a deadline consistently.
