Share price hits another 52 week low and people think a positive RNS has been logged? You guys have been invested in aminex too long! I hope you're right but doubtful....if an RNS is released my money is on it being more bloody delays. At the AGM we were told EGM in september remember? Then we were told they'd get the note out in september and here we are a third of the way through October and we've been told nothing.

What a mess they've made of this FFS

Has anyone had any replies from the company at all? The BOD really is an embarrassment.

Why don't we send them another list of questions they can ignore before giving themselves another pay rise?

3 MONTHS since farm out announcement and the share price is still dropping and still no EGM date.

Its a bit of a concern given that they could be spudding any day now and yet the share price continues its decline...

There is zero interest in sound these days. JP has done a 180 compared to when I first invested in sou....guessing the market won't forget that with his future ventures either.

It's not like its 3 months since they announced a "transformational farm out" and the share price has since dropped almost 50% (after already being on a downward decline for 18 months) ....have some patience!

Yeah you'd think that but this circus has been going on for years.

Hopefully GR has something up his sleeve and comes out swinging this week!

I think one of them had over 20%, I can't remember if that's the group with stockholm syndrome or the one in a murderous rage though...

Yeah the report considered two scenarios and PREM decided only the first was considered for reopening the mine, i.e. a plant processing rate of 40,000 tonnes per month wasn't to be considered.

So he wants to reopen RHA for a cost of a million and in the first 15 months it won't even cover his salary and travel costs....what a joke! Only way to make money out of investing in PREM is to trade it for 5 or 10%, even then you risk getting caught at new lows every time GR opens his mouth.

Anyone had any response back from the company today?

It looks like thats what he's trying to do anyway, whether that's through ineptitude or being a crook I'm unsure. I see what you're saying though. Also what type of replacement are we going to get with no money to pay them? It's not looking good either way.

Plenty difficult questions were asked, he didn't answer most of them. He actually seemed surprised that share holders have had enough of jam tomorrow

He doesn't deserve anything given his performance! Have you forgot that he had to raise the share cap after squandering 7 billion of them and decimating the share price by a factor of 20 in that time? And he's going to spend those shares on his own salary ha ha couldn't make it up.

My questions for webinar in addition to how he justifies taking any sort of a salary based on the above:
-Given your reputation for placings can we have your word that you are in advanced JV negotiations on RHA and Zulu and that we will not see any further placings to fund them?
-You've been telling us for years that you have been in advanced discussions for Zulu, are we to therefore assume KDNC was the best of the offers?
-What are your plans for paying back your own loan that you made £30k fees in loaning to your own company? Or are you going to take the only profitable investment PREM has ever made in ARC Minerals shares?

webinar should be interesting! Need to hold his feet to the fire...quite keen to here him justify his performance in delivering any sort of shreholder value.

Yeah we need to grill him during this webinar. Need confirmation there's no placement coming, and there better actually be people he's negotiating a JV with. Can't believe what we're paying him for this....the amount of chances he's had he shouldn't be taking a salary till RHA resolved and in profit. Yet another damp squib.

Wow....still blaming posters on a BB. No one is talking this down- the BOD are to blame for the share price no one else. Everything is always late, if it happens at all, and comms are horrendous.

It's all very well talking about 40 mill per annum, how is that going to happen when they've had over 12 months to approve a bloody development plan and we still hear nothing? Almost 3 months on from announcing a transformational farm out and the share price is down 40 odd per cent and they haven't even announced the EGM to vote on it. We were told things would start happening, that was about the only positive....that finally things may start actually moving forward, it just about made the bitter pill of giving away 75% of our assets swallowable. The tender process for CH1 rigs was completed about 6 weeks ago......why haven't they announced the selected rig?

These are the reasons for another 52 week low in share price, not the justifiable fed up shareholders discussing things on here.

Drewky what does the share price have to drop to before you actually point the finger at the company instead of shareholders who aren't happy watching their investment dwindle even further after the company sign a "transformational" deal that gave away 75% of our assets? Get a grip man.

1.6p! That's the joke here. That the BOD pay rises whilst they admit their hands are tied. We're paying them more money to do less, a total joke.
