Fair enough. I'd disagree that PREM owe KDNC any courtesy though especially if GR has been strung along with a needless DD extension, only thing GR should be worried about is share price and delivering for his long suffering shareholders. If GR wasn't strung along and knew this was coming, as he should of, then hopefully he's progressing with plan B and plan C etc for zulu, we'll find out on Tuesday i guess! If your reasoning is correct, and it sounds feasible, that info really should of been in RNS. Or at the very least it should of stated that it was nothing to do with the quality of the Zulu asset. We're heading to october and have achieved nothing as a company this year, balls to any courtesy to KDNC, GR needs to protect our assets and deliver for once!

Whats the chances of news before the webinar? They'll of been back drilling and UV mapping for almost a month so you'd think they'd have 'noteworthy' results to be released as stated in the RNS, especially considering they said they'd be finished drilling etc by end of September. Which is next week.

Still don't get why there wasn't more information regarding the DD in the RNS.

We didn't see any real rise though leading up to conclusion of DD. The market needs everything confirmed now, jam tomorrow doesn't cut it here anymore. A market cap of £10million is a pretty embarrassing state of affairs whether its a recent decimation or a prolonged one going on 9 months now since we were told RHA will be profitable.

I've been stuck in this dog for over 2 years and in that time Microtan must of written what is essentially the same post a hundred times...GR's doing his best, RHA will be profitable, Zulu assets are still there, CIRCUM CIRCUM CIRCUM.
Also in that time the share price has been on a constant downaward trajectory (with exception of the timeframes of less than a day where it has spiked before GR has bent over shareholders again to get in a placement to fund his misadventures).

In a week.....basically confirms he has no plan B. Is the reason for jv falling through not market sensitive info? Should they not of said why in rns? Shambles as usual!

Forcing him to step down isnt the only reason to get an egm organised, we could do something about his outrageous pay packet for example (i.e. make it performance related).

Exactly its been going on for years, and theres always some day trader pipes up about how its a crucial time for the company and GR deserves chance to turn it around....every time it gets worse!

Because he's repeatedly demonstrated that he is useless. At this stage i wouldn't trust him to negotiate his way around a roundabout. Give Mr Foster or someone else a go at running things, GR isn't up to the job and has delivered nothing for shareholders (in YEARS).

A better partner? GR has been having 'discussions' for years and KDNC was the best he could do, and that involved giving away 30% for 5mill.....you think he was keeping better offers in his back pocket? He's full of it, and company is doomed while he's in charge, he'll just keep taking his 300k a yr till nothing left

Yes and if they did then lack or funds would be discovered on day 1 of DD?!

They wouldn't even need the original duration to determine lack of funds, never mind an extension right up to the deadline. They'd of had to prove funds before commencing DD surely

The sad thing is that due to GR's complete incompetence a lot investors will probably still be underwater after a 100% rise, he is useless!

Why would it be because of KDNC not having funds?? Where did the company say that? And what possible reason do we have to believe anything the company say? GR is beyond useless. We're paying him 300k a year and so far this year PREM has achieved nothing. He's a conman and anyone who sticks with him after this deserves to lose their cash, we need to call an EGM and tell him to kick rocks.
