At least it shows things are progressing....we already knew nothing material will get announced or confirmed until after the farm out deal, I still don't understand why that has to take so long but whats another month at this point..

That's got to be one of your most ridiculous posts to date! I would doubt very much that the TPDC would be reading the aminex lse board, even if their Twitter minion likes one of your posts every so often as you say. Even if they did you'd think they'd have the brains to understand why shareholders would be annoyed at not getting a development plan approved in A YEAR and even longer for KN1....you're speaking absolute nonsense and trying to silence shareholders, fact is TPDC are a joke and need to pull their finger out. Its the BOD that should of known what was required and made the right contacts and greased the right palms to get stuff done. They haven't and so we have to bend over for the zubs, who will hopefully finally get things moving! No wonder Jay was the reason the zubs were interested, they clearly knew he couldn't negotiate his way out of a paper bag...

I still hold shares here, wish I had sold them all when I offloaded half though, fortunately I've made fair bit of it back in HUR and most recently LEK.

I'm yet to receive a reply to any questions from the company so I'll pass on asking them why they approved their own pay rises. It doesn't matter what they discover if they give away half of it for peanuts and sign us up to a news blackout for 3-4 months min while they confirm the deal. Some of us bought in when we were promised back to back drills and just want some cash back and to run for the hills.....as far away as possible from this company and its inept bod...

Huh? I read and replief to whole post. You didn't answer the question? What have they done to earn a pay rise? Thats the only question that matters. Why not compare them to other companies who have wiped 70% off their share price in the last 12 months....how many of them got obscene pay rises?

You cant say "timing issues aside" when all of the issues are due to timing. They're the BOD they're meant to consider timing, and even if you put timing issues aside, you're still left with the question of what they've done to deserve a pay rise....nada, theyve screwed the pooch big time and the chairman has quit.

Unfortunately people said the same when we dropped below 2p, and look where we are now....still dropping! We've had 12 months of constant decline, the sp is down almost 70% in a year, still no dev license, still no kn1 rectification, and yet the bod give themselves a pay rise. There may be some shorters but there's also a hell of a lot of fed up shareholders! Now they've agreed a not great deal, and the bod can apparently say its not our decision, we're helpless...while taking enormous pay checks! Couldn't make this sh*t up

Aminex's turn? We've been getting a hiding for 12 months straight now ha ha. Agreed though, total joke.

Drewky I think everyones point is that we were told things were going to be moving quickly, 6 weeks on and we haven't even been told when the vote is. Getting some dates in the diary might help to stabilise the share price, and stop the constant decline - and would show that the BOD are actually doing something (other than rewarding themselves with pay rises whilst the share price falls consistently)!

I'd imagine its because, like myself, they made the mistake of believing what the BOD told them.
