I was quite surprised it rose as much as it did yesterday based on the factom news, I've got some factum and they've been on a downward decline all year, down another 10+% today so I'm not sure if thats maybe something to do with it...

Christ i hate think where this will be by September if BOD revert to type and give no updates on anything.....I'm giving it till end of the month Time to give my mate who recommended aminex another swift kick to the balls (and yes, i know its my own fault, doesnt change the fact i wish I'd never heard of aminex and their shoddy bod).

Yeah its been fairly stable last few weeks...

Yeah that's whats disappointing, its a terrible deal. It's back to thumb twiddling now and back in the bottom drawer, I had hoped I'd finally be rid of this from my portfolio, I was unfortunately on holiday in Oz the day the farm out was announced so didn't catch the brief period we were up around 50%....and who'd of thought we'd crash back down even lower in the following days.....unbelievable.
What gets me most is the BOD pay rises...and now they're on the gravy train for months before they have to give another update- and they know shareholders won't do anything about it because they've gotten away with it repeatedly. They've achieved nothing other than a bad deal on shareholder assets and they're getting paid more for it.

Can't believe farm out announced a week ago, share price is lower than before and we're lucky to get into double digits trades a day... Disappointing to say the least.

Fantastic is a stretch ha ha Will be an interesting week in the PREM circus next week. At least GR isnt CEO and chairman, could do without the share cap rise though....

On that basis he definitely doesn't deserve the pay rise...

Yeah i think the numbers will be significantly higher than you think. Especially if the BOD revert to type and do feck all comms, don't fix KN1 (why is that still not done?!) and we get no news on dev license or otherwise till Nov. We're struggling to stay above 2p as it is.....

Drewky are you seriously trying to blame posters on this board for the share price? Get a grip. The market has had over a week to understand the deal and its clear to see noone is interested, we're down another 5% and sitting just over 2p. The BOD are the only ones to blame, not disgruntled investors who refuse to put their fingers in their ears and tell everyone we're going to bounce any second now....

The BOD have shafted shareholders again. What happened to back to back drills? To better comms? To sourcing that illusive compressor and generating an income? Instead they award themselves a pay rise and sign themselves onto the gravy train for a while longer on a bad deal (and its clearly a bad deal the share price is lower than before and still dropping). I'm tempted to sell up but hopefully we can get the numbers to vote no (assuming we're back to radio silence till egm)....will send my details this afternoon. If we're lucky we'll get another measly 10k directors buy ha

Well said Irish. As someone pointed out earlier, there can't be many shareholders currently happy with their investment right now.

You're talking about the potential share price in two years?? Hardly going to attract investors now, especially if you're saying next big news in 4 months....whats the share price going to do in the meantime?

If the price is still at this level come november then theres surely more chance of people voting no on the deal? What other news is there? Jay said things would be moving fast and indicated there was more news to come....you'd hope that if there was no news till vote is confirmed in november that shareholders would not only vote no on the deal but also vote to get rid of the useless bod. I'm expecting news to continue, if we got the license etc and sp increase I'll happily vote for the deal, not a chance in hell i will if we stay in the 2p range and go back to radio silence.

I'm assuming they're dragging their feet whilst waiting to get rha signed off before relisting, probably a good thing as we'd be heading towards 0.1 if we were listed and still waiting on news... The market rightly has zero faith in GR performing based on past track record, i think this will be relisted though, GR could still pull it off. Still worth a punt...
