I get your point SirR but PR isn't that expensive? They've money for undeserved pay rises so they can surely find someone competent enough to operate a twitter account without shooting themselves in the foot, and do the odd webinar or podcast.....many other smaller companies manage.

It’s the timing I don’t get? They announced it in July with no vote till September? Why do that? They must of known it would be long term holders who would suffer (again). There’s just a clear lack of concern for sharholders here….Jay said things would be moving quickly and yet here we are 6 weeks after the announcement and still non the wiser – only development is the Chairman quit as soon as the share price tanked! Also still no explanation on the zubs voting…

Drewky what's your thoughts then on why share price is in the toilet and still dropping? You keep copy and pasting your list with no explanation as to why it's dropped down to the same price it was 4+ ago. I've sold some more to put in HUR. Just over a week left of aug and I'll be selling the rest if no news by then.

I emailed the company with that question after the podcast where Jay said that but didn't get a response. There was quite a bit of discussion on twitter about it, but aside from that paragraph write up from Malcy I don't think there's been any further PR from the company (about the EGM/voting or anything else...).

Jesus christ this is getting depressing now......been well and truely shafted! I'm sure us shareholders have funded a heck of a pension for mr hall.....only need to look at the charts to see what he's delivered to shareholders.

Well that's what I thought but he was talking about more financing to get it into production in the podcast. He even mentioned another placing as a last resort.

Has HR said how much cash would be required to get rha into production? Can't be that much at this stage surely.

I see Malcy has dropped Pantheon from the bucket list, I can see us being next if they don't pull their finger out. It really is unbelievable that a company known for radio silence, bad comms and lack of newsflow could think that announcing a farm out in July that won't be concluded till November and that is required for development license and KN1 rectification would be a good idea. The mind boggles...

Yeah its ridiculous, a complete shambles. Over a month ago they announced a 'transformational' deal where they give away most out the assets, we still don't know when deal will be signed, when kn1 will be fixed, when we will get a development license and when drilling will begin....the BOD got their obscene pay rises though!

And the share price continues the downward trajectory its been on for over a year now...

Nah its all down to the MM's.....nothing to do with continuing terrible comms and lack of progress! Great opportunity to top up though! The BOD must need wheelbarrows to transport their massive balls around after giving themselves that payrise.....the audacity!

to finally see some action here again, things are looking more positive. Decent placing as well considering we've now got 90% of rha.....may get our money back yet ha ha

Yeah the elections didn't exactly go smoothly, and it sounds like its still pretty chaotic over there with people going missing etc connected to the opposition. Hopefully Mnangagwa will be keen to distract from this and show that Zim is open for business, and keen to attract investment. August should be an interesting month for PREM....

Still waiting on it, he tweeted earlier that he's been busy meeting other companies, should be out soon though.

You think I'm a shorter? Ha ha, OK. Like most on here I'm unhappy with the deal and with the performance of the BOD and the resulting share price. I've not been name calling, I made a joke because I see no benefit in repeated copying and pasting what everyone already knows. Also FYI, it was me who started the thread about Malcys tweets, the thread was used for approx 2 days straight. I'd guess though that the reason its been ignored now is because being on the bucket list in the first place didn't help the share price (think we were second worst performing?) and it won't make any difference now. People are just tired of the terrible performance and even worse comms of the BOD. Fed up of watching investment disappear whilst they enjoy undeserved pay rises.
Why announce a deal and then not confirm the sign off for up to 2 months?! For that matter why haven't they even arranged a date for EGM?! Typical mushroom management from Jay.
